I usually dont do this but Im completely disappointed with this KFC location. And dont forget to mention, I was a regular as well on weekends. But after this experience, I will never go back and spend my money at this place. Now, I should have chosen to drive off soon as the girl taking my order starts off with a rude greeting as you can hear it in her tone as if she didnt want to be there. Didnt think nothing of it so I continued to order. The cashiers name if (Julia) by the way that was taking my order. I began to tell her I wanted the $20 fill up. She asks me if I wanted original, spicy, or crispy. I mentioned I wanted original and make that a family meal, she then says "OK" as if I was done ordering when I wasnt. I asked, "what about the sides?" She says it already comes with the slaw and mashed potatoes. I asked to replace the slaw with something else. She responds rudely saying, "no you cant." Another lady gets on the intercom and asks what I wanted and I said the same thing and told her I wanted to replace the slaw. The lady then says it will cost more. So, the girl, (Julia) I hear in the background mocks me. We pull up to the window, I handed her my card and she swipes it and let me tell you she was taking quite some time to charge my card. The lady in the back who is handling my food asks her whats taking so long. She responds and says, the card is declining & keeps swiping my card. Im looking straight at my account making sure funds are in there through my mobile banking and finally she gives me my receipt to sign after 5 min. So we got our food and continued on home. I checked my account the next morning to look through my transactions and it says KFC has charged me twice the same day. Something wasnt right so I gave them a call, phone rings and rings as if no one was going to answer and finally a lady picks up. I asked to speak with management, her name is Olivia by the way and she responds with "okay...."as if she was annoyed and didnt want to hear. I then explained to her that her employee had charged me twice. Her response was they dont charge there as if mistakes were impossible. I told her I have proof to show it and clearly my bank transactions wouldnt lie. She then tells me to send the pictures through text. I asked if she was going to ask for the receipt/ ticket number atleast. She says okay again sounding very annoyed. I then asked will I get a call after I send the pictures of proof. She says yeah after they check on their end. I get a call 30 min later and the lady tells me that she spoke with her boss and nothing was charged twice and I would have to contact my bank, I contacted my bank about it and they had confirmed that I was charged twice. Thank god for good banks cause it was disputed and further investigation will happen. Just a reminder, if you see that your account was charged twice, speak up because like the workers at KFC will deny mistakes and will say anything to save their employees after doing a disgusting thing charging customers twice because they dont like their jobs. I will drive to a different KFC Location if I have to. This is REDICULOUS! The manager needs to work on handling customer situations better as I am not pleased with how its handled.

If I could rate this place NO stars I would. The level of poor customer service is at an all time high at this store. Order are always inconsistent with what you actually ordered, so check your food before you leave for order accuracy. Also check to see if you have your reciept before you leave, they dont care for giving customers receipts. If they do make a mistake on your food (which they will) they will not fix the mistake, or compensate you for your money wasted on something that you didnt pay for. Cleanliness - counter tops dirty, soda dispenser tray was full and leaking. Tables were available, but Im not suprised because they were covered in grease and sauce eatery was not serviced each time I went so I never ate in there. Bathroom smelled okay but had wet countertops and toilet tissue on the floor ripped up and unflushed toilets. "General Manager" Larry is highly unprofessional and will argue with customers. What happened to the customers always right policy you ask? Ha! Well not at this place, at this place Larry is always right and he will let you know in quote "corporate wont do anything, so file you complaint". As I requested Larrys managers information. He gave me his own cell phone number. Smh the nerve if this prick. This is not a great atmosphere for customers thats why you barely see ppl eating in here.

We stopped by KFC to pick up chicken dinner for a picnic. We ordered the chicken tenders meal which comes with 4 biscuits, 2 sides and sauces. We chose potato wedges and coleslaw as our sides. We had to request ketchup for our wedges and plastic ware to eat with. When we arrived at our picnic site, we discovered no butter or honey for our biscuits and our sauces for the tenders was missing. A word to the wise...inspect your order before you leave to make sure everything you ordered, or expected, is included. We sure learned!...because apparently they dont care!

I usually go here after work but today it took me almost 20 minutes because they forgot about my order and then had to make more mashed potatoes and chicken because a big grpup after me ordered it all. I will probably end up going again but it was quite disappointing to wait so long.

I havent been to KFC in years. It was refreshing to get exactly the same quality and flavors that I remember. This kind of consistency is good in a chain. However, I thought they used to have a 3 piece leg and thigh. They didnt have that on the menu.

Maybe the fanciest KFC Ive been to - really going for a high-end look/feel. Service was friendly and quick and the food was good. Its still KFC because, you know, its a KFC, but as they go, this is about as good as they get!

Absolutly Horrible 3 people who eat the same thing were throwing up in less then 10 minutes. Called in and was laughed at. Called general manager and was told her boss was gonna call me back and days later nothing.

Really tasty kfc here. Food was fresh and hot. We had to wait a few extra minutes but they brought it to the car and were very friendly.

Food is good for a KFC but the location is Totem Lake so its a pain to get too when you just need a quick dinner.

May kids really emjoyed the original legs. I just wish they would come up with a bucket containing legs only.
