It’s hard to describe the let-down that is Track Town Pizza. Being someone who grew up in Eugene and attended the University of Oregon, you’d think this pizzeria would be a staple of the town (which it most certainly claims). Unfortunately, from beginning to end, this business pretty much falls short in almost all respects. Starting with the positive, it has a huge seating area and an amazing delivery time considering the industry average. Depressingly that’s where the positivity ends, because their pies likely fly off of an assembly line in record numbers. Sorry, but when I order food I don’t want it built by General Motors. To elaborate, what makes this a truly lack-luster experience (and a disappointment) is the outright quality (or lack thereof) the toppings. From my now decade plus of off-and-on ordering, it’s probably some of the stalest dough in the business. Think Dominos bad. Even if you can get past the meteor-hard crust, you’re left with ingredients that taste like they have been left out in the open or frozen for months. My tomatoes were almost see-through clear and don’t even get me started on the grease they called “peperoni.” I wish that I could deliver a review that wasn’t so negative Nancy, but when it comes to pizza options in a largely college-based city, you can find options that are not only cheaper, but also ones that don’t leave you wanting to ask for your money back after consumption.

I will never return to Track Town pizza after what I experienced. *First of all, I work for a neighboring pizza place, so I know how everything works and how you SHOULD treat your customers. This was nowhere near that. I recently ordered a pizza from here for delivery. Havent had a problem before this incident. I live at the Franklin apartments just two blocks down the road from Track Town so delivery shouldnt be too difficult right? When the driver finally arrived he called me and left a voicemail saying "If you want your pizza call me back." We ignored the call thinking he was already downstairs waiting for us (like every other delivery driver who knows what hes doing.) We proceeded to wait for the driver in the lobby for half an hour. I then received a call from the driver saying that we were to come pick up the pizza from track town because he was sick of waiting. Youre a delivery driver, you bring the pizza to us. We shouldnt have to walk out to your car. I know what to do and how to treat unhappy customers and what did I get from track town? NOTHING. That included the manager I spoke to. I was disgusted with how I was treated.

I get pizza from Track Town regularly and when its good, its amazingly good-- basically everything I want from a pizza. However the quality is very unreliable and when its an off night the pizza is doubly disappointing because I know how good it can be. Im not sure why sometimes the ingredients (and not always the same ingredients) seem old and stale and sometimes theyre incredibly fresh. If I could pin it down to what night is the night before they make new dough or buy groceries, I would just avoid that night, but there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. I still recommend the place, but if you try it and are thoroughly underwhelmed-- give it another shot. You probably ordered on an off night.

Ugh. We ordered a veggie pizza. When it came, it was obvious that the toppings had been added last, after the pizza had been cooked. I could have brought a can of olives and dumped it on, wouldve been similar. It wouldve been fine, but the wait staff was hanging out in a booth behind us and being SO LOUD AND ANNOYING OMG. They were talking about getting high by choking each other and playing god damned clapping games. We were the only customers, and they had no idea we were there because they stopped mid-conversation to ask "Is anyone here?" Ill never be back.

The customer service was excellent when i went to sit down the wooden bench had a broken piece on it which ripped a hole in my pants it was a small hole but a hole is a hole they immediatley rushed to my need and offered to pay for me to get new pant which i said was totally okay i just didnt want it to happen to someone else that wasnt as forgiving as me. The supervisor told me he was going to give me a gift cert for all the problems i declined but we were still treated wonderfully awesome pizza love the taste

Ive never ordered from TT before and I have to say it was FAR more than I was even hoping for let alone expecting! They have a phenomenal array of toppings and they stuff them on solid/thick and all the way to the frickin edge! I got the ranch/garlic sauce with zucchini, smoked oysters, roasted garlic cloves and feta... Im STILL drooling thinking about it even though Im stuffed right now to the gills! And it arrived hot and faster than they suggested by 1/2! KUDOS Track Town; I cant wait to order again!!

Great Pies and GF Crust The Track Town is a staple in the Eugene area. Their a bit on the expensive side (only reason for not being 5-Star) but they make great pizzas. Theyve also recently modified their gluten free crust option. The GF crust is a big step up from the pervious offering, and now just might be the best around. They never skimp on the toppings, and for some reason their ranch dressing has established a cult following. Give them a try.

Went here with my boss last summer, and loved it. The pizzas can be hit-or-miss, but when its good, its GOOD. I think they just had a lazy cook the last time I ordered, as I havent had any misses in the last few months. Anything on the menu with the word "bacon" in it I have tried, and theyre all amazing. I love the decor here as well, every wall is covered in sports memorabilia and tvs with the game on.

The pizza *is* good, but... 1) the prices are exorbitant, and 2) the clientele - and the reason for the high prices - is generally the drunken garbage that belches forth from the local dorms & frat houses... at least until mommy & daddys credit cards have been maxed out. This typically happens around Christmas break, and so your best bet for a peaceful visit would be sometime after that. :)

Eugene has an abundance of quality Pizzerias, each with varying degrees of price and food quality. As a Pizza lover I have tried most of them and I have to say Track Town Pizza comes out on top in all areas. The atmosphere is friendly and cheerful. The food itself is excellent and staff were quick and courteous. I would highly recommend Track Town Pizza to anyone.

Had Sunday brunch with several friends. What I ate (Quesadilla con Huevos) was both unique and delicious. What my companions ordered looked great too though we were so busy catching up that we didnt get a chance to really talk about the food. The service was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I look forward to eating there again.

Stopped by once again to pick-up a pizza since I was in the area. Our favorite is usually the Barbecued Chicken Pie, but I decided to try something new: The Chicken Garlic. Still eating it from my fridge two days later. Great flavor with the white sauce garlic and thinner crust. Highly recommended !!
