Waited 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) before helped at the counter. One person, Lets call her Nicky (not her actual name), would occasionally pass by and twice said, "Ill be right with you." There were only six people in the dining room and just one other person before me, who had already ordered before I walked in. Nicky finally took my order and apologized for the wait, but offered nothing at all for the inconvenience. I then waited another 5 minutes for the food... which was completely wrong. I ordered all white meat and ended up with the standard 3 piece meal, which has two dark meat items. I brought that back and, again, was offered absolutely nothing. No one cleaned the dining room and all the trash cans were overflowing. A young girl came in later and sat in the dining room without ordering. Nicky came out and sat to socialize with her instead of doing her job and then brought her, without ringing it up, an root beer float! People had come in and were standing in line, all the while. Also, Nicky was dressed all in black, unlike the other employees which leads me to believe she was the shift manager! By the time I left, not one person had attended to the dining room or trash. The food was awful. Ive eaten at KFC since I was a teenager, and this is, by far, the worst food and service I have ever had!

As the Executive of YWMA, Young Womens Muslim Association I must say this is the most negligent piece of property Ive ever been to. There is a customer, white male that drove to this restaurant in the summer of 2006. He parked his black truck with camper cab & Black Labrador dog in the passenger seat, went in to purchase food, is on camera, came out and hit, nearly killing Jordan Ramesh Bhan, a 4 year old, Polynesian/Caucasian/Creole child while walking with mother and sister. The police and fire department showed up, never wrote a report didnt question what the man looked like, traumatized child, and wrote this off as nothing. The restaurant did nothing, and the only witness willing to say something the cops forceably made her leave, and tried to make me not speak to her to get information. The HIT & RUN ATTEMPTED MURDERER IS STILL AT LARGE. THEY HAVE FLED THE RENTON AREA.

Been coming to this location for a while. Now lately, (last 6 months or so) the service quality has TANKED. One time, it took them 25 minutes to get my food to me, and they didnt even start making my food till about 15 minutes after I ordered. And it wasnt busy! Also, 3 different times Ive stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes, having not even ordered yet, while people worked in the back. This last time broke it for me. There were 5 people on staff, 3 people waiting to be served, (me and a separate couple ahead of me) and we stood there for 5 solid minutes. The young woman that was simply wiping down the counters in the back, looked at us 3 separate times. The manager finally came out of the office, and asked her to help us, she then sighed, rolled her eyes, and grudgingly took her gloves off. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE, THEN DONT WORK IN A SERVICE JOB.

Placed sucked first time in Renton and thought why not KFC since popeyes wasnt what I expected it to be and left cashier had great customer service but the food took forever and then for them to come and say they dont have no more original chicken so we switched to crispy then 5 mins later came back and said they didnt have no more biscuits and didnt replace it with nothing then some girl working behind the register started brushing her hair when she was about to hand out order to people disgusting

Not a fan of this place. Theres no ventilation, so it gets *really* hot inside. The staff was mostly just worried about getting the job done and moving to the next person, not much interaction with customers. Food was OK, but not great. Definitely looked like it was hurriedly slapped together. Parking is also a little suspect here with the layout of the lot and getting in and out of cross street traffic can be a problem during lunch.

The problem is not with KFC like the lady says. I have been there many times with no incident. The problem with the little boy is not kfcs fault. The problem lies with the renton police. They are dispicable. I have witnessed this before. Telling their only witnesses to leave the scene of a crime, without any statement.

I sat here literally TWENTY MINUTES at the drive through. 5pm arrival, its now 5:20 and I still dont have my order. theyre short staffed. HORRIBLE. People want to work just hire some!!! UPDATE 9/25/2016 KFC corporate customer service has offered to compensate. I will upgrade to 3 stars.

Horrrrrible service! I had to keep asking for items that originally just comes with the meal... Including butter and honey! I had to ask for my drink, and ask for my second fill up box that i ordered at the drive through box! Spent 20 mins in the drive thru out of my hour lunch. break.

Good food, but the service is poor. The staff in the drive thru will not acknowledge you when you pull up. After you pay they shut the window and disappear and talk amongst themselves while you can see your food in the window. They will repeat the process if you ask for any condiments.

This place is a joke. Once again, waiting outside for 15 minutes before walking in to find they dont even know what I ordered. Probably the worst fast food place Ive ever been to. OH and thanks for no forks or napkins, sure makes it easy to eat mashed potatoes. Idiots.

Slow, untrained employees. Orders are wrong more often than not. The manager is very good about fixing problems by hand and was very courteous, but repeated screwups and attitude from employees expresses poor management overall.

Its 10:18 AM, the restaurant is supposed to open at 10:00, but the doors are still locked. Im finally let inside and then ignored for a few more minutes while they tell each other not to open until 10:30, I mean, really- WTF?!

Better than whats to be expected of most KFCs. The management has trained a respectable staff. Also, the "Princess" who has commented before me is nuts. Thats whats wrong with this world, racists like herself.

The food is consistent at the level of "okay" and has its days where it is first rate. Bathrooms are ushualy dirty with a light to medium foul smell, but i have found them cleaned quite nicely on ocation.

Sadly this place does not live up to "fast" food. The wait is horrendous and this place seems very understaffed. I had to wait for 10min just to order.
