We used to come here because my daughters love it. We usually come on tuesdays! BUT ITS ONLY TODAY THAT I FEEL SO DISAPPOINTED WITH ONE OF THE TEAM MEMBERS OF THE STORE, SHE WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO RUDE TELLING ME AND MY DAUGHTER THAT WHITE CUPS ARE FOR WATER ONLY. SINCE ALMOST ALL STORES HERE IN CALI DOESNT CARE IF YOU PUT SODA OR WATER IN YOUR WHITE CUPS SO ALL WE THOUGHT SODA IS OKAY. SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US NICELY, MY DAUGHTER WAS JUST SO DISAPPOINTED. BUT ABOVE ALL ELSE, I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH HER ATTITUDE. SHE RUINED MY DAY. SHE RUINED MY BIRTHDAY! SEEMS I DONT LIKE TO COME BACK HERE ANYMORE. MY DAUGHTER EVEN TOLD ME THAT SHE POINTED AT ME WHILE MY DAUGHTER IS LOOKING AT HER BECAUSE SHE WAS CALLING MY ATTENTION BUT WASNT ABLE TO HEAR HER IMMEDIATELY!

BEST CHICKEN EVER BUT ....Dam. Prices went up which make it out of our budget now. $21.00 for 12 chicken strips ?! A couple of them were rather small. Doesnt feed family of 4 & I still have to make my own side dishes to add to the loss . Come back $11 . or will just go back to pizza night instead. I will not eat at Chick fil a . Never have & Boycott after them being rude to a certain group of people. I would think with the NEW Chick that was just built Popeyes would show more mercy in price due to competition. Well be back next time you have deals on price. Cry...

Ordered $42 in food and asked for small cup of water and they gave us cups with the pointy bottoms that you get at the doctors that you cant put down. When asked why the guy said "the law is that we have to provide cups for water, not that the cups need to have a flat bottom so you can put them down." - wtf kind of answer is that?? Special kind of low right there.. Luckily after complaining we got normal small cups, but thats too much effort. Food was very good, though.

Customer service was pretty bad. Not friendly at all. This place is so delicious tho and I love the chicken strips, mash & gravy and seasoned fries! I just wish that the price wasnt so expensive. They offered the $5 big bonafied big box which was awesome! But that was only temporary and now prices are back to being expensive. This place is gonna run out of business if the chain doesnt do something.

I love the sides.The redbeans and rice and cajun rice are so good. They also have the best coleslaw. The gravy on the potatoes have just the right spices. I have a few coplaints about this loction though. Last time I ate here I ordered the chicken sandwhich. There was mold on the bun. I asked for money back and was refunded it with no problems. Also they dont take credit. Thats a big pain.

Their service suxs, I told the lady whom arrange for the food to serve, that I need to change my order to take out instead. As it gonna rain soon, so I had to rush back without umbrella. She packed my food and threw the bag on to the counter. YES SHE THREW THE BAG OF FOOD on the counter! I didnt fight but I took and left. First time I met with such crew.

First off, I ordered mild and got either spicy or mixed good and partly rancid oil. In the middle of the night, I woke up and my hands were totally swollen!Then this morning when I wokeup I had a raging headache that still hasnt gone away! Stay away from this Popeyes!

Usually this place is excellent! The chicken was cold and I ordered Spicy which didnt seem spicy to me. The Red Beans and rice were runny with more liquid then beans. I took it back where they added more Rice. Not as good as it usually is, so a disappointment today!

My only negative comments are: 1. It is usually cold in the dining section 2. They run out of sweet tea a fair bit of the time. The service and friendliness of the place (and the food, especially their $5 box) keeps me coming back all the time. See ya there.

Fast food? I dont think so. We went there today for a yuck bite. Ordered at 7:47pm and at 8:30pm nothing was served. I demanded a refund and it took. Other 5 minutes. Simply ridiculous.
