This would be our 4th time here and our last! Recommended many people to come here but I TAKE BACK EVERYTHING! If it wasnt for one of the waitress forcing us to TIP, then this place would be alright to dine at. $47 for an all you can eat isnt worth a tip if great service isnt included with our meals. Our seating was in the back with the dishes, carpet smells! Our food this time tastes old and horrible! So we ate mostly fruits and ice cream. What mainly caused me to give Super Buffet a poor rating was the waitress, who at first seem very nice, very friendly until it came time to pay. We werent even done eating and she gives us the bill? So we didnt leave any tip. This waitress did not want us to leave until we had tip her!! My boyfriend and I said no not this time, thank you. She had a confused looked on her face and point to our bill and said no put zero, tip! Thats when I knew she was upsets then yelled that we are "No GOOD" This place is a joke! When I spoke with the manager, he didnt even look at me and just nodded as he understood our problem, Im pretty sure he isnt going to talk to his employee! Dont come here, its not worth $47 and some old mean asian lady forcing you to tip, embarrassing you in front of other guests when we paid for our weak ass food! -carry on

So me and my family decided to take my mom here for her 56th birthday and let me tell you............ we went to make our plates of food that should have been fresh and bomb but instead was gross, hard, cold and dry asf! Their Desserts needs an upgrade frfr and when we were leaving, the guys at the register Tommy and whoever rounded the cents to the next dollar for every separate charge (quite possibly might be considered as illegal) and we had to straighten the charges out (took a solid 45 mins) and ended up paying taxes, gratuity and additional charges under "service charge" like are you serious?! There was a hand written sign in small print behind the counter that they pointed out pretty much stating that a bunch of charges were going to be applied to the final bill, which looked like a 3 Year old wrote. Im so embarrassed that my mom had to have her birthday dinner at this place!!! Disgusted and it makes me want to vomit!!! Definitely, Im never going back and I highly do NOT recommend this place for any occasion!!! Just flat out ruined the whole special day for my mom!

This is the second time coming to this place. The first time was horrible. We found a hair in our crab stuffed shells and wanted to leave within 5 minutes after seating. The manager still made us pay for 3 people even though we didnt touch the food. This visit we tried all of the food. It was all very bland and tasted old. All of the meat tasted like it was all cooked together. The fish tasted very fishy some even gooey. This place I am never going to again. Not to mention the cheesy decor in that place. A koi pond that people throw coins into. Super buffet yes. Super good NO! Super gross, most definitely.

This place was very good when I first visited in early 2014, but not anymore. I went recently a month ago and they straight up sucked in every way possible. All the waiters and cooks did not speak any good english. They closed at 9 pm, I had gotten there at 730 pm. they had put more than half the food away and refused to bring any more out. So much more to this.. overall I left without pay, but I verbally told the cashier I am not paying a 60 dollar check for not eating anything and such poor quality. He offered me to just pay half after realizing that there is nothing out and I said hell no and left.

My family and I went for the first time the other day (Sept 16)... Upon arrival, the little koi pond in the front lobby was full of trash, and it looked kind of grimey in there... We still decided to give the food a try... They advertise crab legs.. But literally the tiniest over cooked crab legs Ive ever seen... Gross.. Majority of the other dishes were found to be really overcooked as well... A lot of selection, kind of spendy... They didnt offer a childrens price, which is odd... $16/person for dinner plus drink... No matter your age... Good luck! I probably wont return unless Im feeling ballsy.

The smell of fish was so strong when we walked in, I almost turned our party of twelve right around and went somewhere else. But we stayed and ate and enjoyed just about everything we tried. As a rule I avoid seafood at Chinese buffets, except for shrimp. But this time I decided to try the lobster. It had an odd flavor and was very dry. I did t finish eating it. Sadly, many of the meats were. But their chicken dishes were delicious, as were the shrimp dishes. And the service was very good. Unfortunately, if it hadnt been for the great service, I would have rated only 2 stars.

This was a good place when they first opened. Went there yesterday (July 15) and the food was awful. The seats in the booths are all ripped up and it seems like this restaurant cant be bothered to upkeep either the food or the facility. We got cream puffs for dessert and bit into one. It was rancid and smelled very, very rotten. I told the waiter and he barely acknowledged that he heard me. Most likely the cream puff had been put out to sit then stored and put out again, multiple times. Ate some of the other food and I was very sick all night. Will never go there again.

Food was great but customer service was horrible and a little bit pricey. The drinks are not free unlike the other restaurant, when they have parties it was free drinks. We had a big family party over the weekend, we asked one of the guy to give us some more refill but he gave us attitude just cuz we interrupted him while counting all of us. He couldve just say "Ok" politely but nope! The place need to be remodel and the floor where they served the food was sticky and bathroom was disgusting!

They Do Not like kids with autism. Every time my kids cry they would go and ask me to control them. They gave us such a bad customer service to me and my family, I wish I could make a claim about their workers, but any ways Ill never gonne go there never again. My kids are just 2 and 4 and it wasnt the first time they would told me to shut my kids up. I couldnt ate right because of it, I had such a bad experience with their service. If you have little kids I dont recommend this place.

Really bad food for a buffet, and it has been getting increasingly worse. The last time I went one of the waitresses just stared at me while I was eating from across the room and it was more than a little unsettling. The whole time four employees were having a conversation with one of them leaning on my booth. I got fed up and left while still hungry. Ill never go back.

Bad custumer service if i could give it no stars i would have. Asian lady couldnt speak Nor understand english. She literally told us how much $$ to leave her as a tip then flipped my cousins and i as we walked out lol. Worst buffet to go to. Also almost 80$ for 4 adults. Wouldnt recommend going there at all. Lady is a bit*h!
