The food was fresh and hot, but their service is terrible!!! The crab legs were only available in a bin of 15 legs for the whole restaurant, so you can imagine how fast they were gone! I told them I didnt get any and asked they bring more out. Holy shite did they get mad! yelling in their primary language across place, but when I payed my bill they spoke english? When the chef brought crab legs out 20 min later, he stood there while I got some and then shouted something to the head lady at the cash register, who shouted back and eagle eyed me to my table ... I mean what a Bad environment!!! With just nasty people!!!!! Save yourself the disappointment and go to a casino or red lobster!!!

Went in for late lunch buffet. Only 2-3 people already in, so it felt a little erie with so few customers. By after 5pm, more people started to come in. Many selection and variety, but the food looked and tasted old (eg, not fresh). Mediocre is best to describe. Theres a mongolian grill section, but even then, the food cooked fresh tasted old. I wasnt sure if soda was included in the buffet price, so was only offered water. When I walked to the soda machine, one of the workers came to me and insisted they pour the water for me.. This felt very strange. They had ice and sushi.. again, mediocre... But for the price (less than $10 for lunch buffet), it seemed a good deal.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Went in on A Friday night and everything was old and disgusting. The crab legs are now deep fried clusters where before they were decent quality crab legs. Now theyre fried rubber clusters. I tried multiple things everything was sitting so long that it was stuck to the metal pans. The shrimp was so dry I couldnt chew it. The only thing I can say was decent was the ice cream and the fortune cookies, only because they didnt make them. No customer service. Not going back again. Hoping I dont get food poisoning tonight.

Good clean place..Food not so great. Teriyaki is overcooked. No crab legs this time when we came. BBQ pork is also hard and overcooked. Did not enjoy the food this time. Tried almost everything and the only good thing was the garlic bread, vegetable rolls and the wonton soup. This is the 2nd time we came. I am not impressed. The first time it had better choices and worth the money now not so much. The service is good though. For cleanliness and service I give it a five. For food choices and taste of food. Its a 1.

I am hesitant to call what I ate there "Food". Warm slop is more fitting in this case, Nothing was fresh, The pot stickers I swear were poisonous. If it wasnt overcooked mush, It was stale and old. I am never going back, I would have been better off going to panda express, The food is alot better and it would have overall been a cleaner experience . I honestly wouldnt be surprised if my mother or I got food poisoning from our experience here at The new china slop-house. I would give 0 stars if I could

Food is medium quality, Im not that Picky, I we went back often when we found it, sushi was good and a few other dishes too, We brought the kids at first, but the Chinese lady at the entrance seemed to charge for the kids by the inch, over several weeks and several visits my kids must have grown a foot because the price for the family went from about $38-$55 each time a little bit more, when it got to $55 I said something and she offered me $2 discount, that was it, Never went back.

This place has the WORST customer service. The servers and owner talk about you in their language and stare you right in the eyes while you eat! They cant bring you a drink unless you go up to the waiter and ask for it, they completely ignore you and stand around talking. Lunch food is crap, the only good about it is crab during dinner and it takes them 40 minutes to bring 15 crab legs for the whole resteraunt. BAD SERVICE and they expect you to tip them.

Fathers day dinner. $13.99 each. We eat here once a month and have been for about 15 years. The roof was leaking over the grill area and water dripping everywhere. At one point they got a guy on a ladder and he punctured the big water bubble with kitchen tongs and water splashed out onto me as i passed with my food. One young waiter is not very heplful and avoids table service always. Its time for a remodel guys.

The server was rude I asked for soda refill she just ignored me...when we went to pay at the front counter I told the manager and she excused her by saying that if you dont give tip you dont get good service,It doesnt matter if you dont give tip they still get paid because its their job...tip is for good service and kindness its not that you have to tip someone to get good customer service... Never going back

My wife and I went to this restaurant awhile back we thought this was gonna be good .we got seated with my mom who can barely walk when we saw people getting up to get their meal we got up thinking that food was ready when we were told to sit down .food is not ready .after we ate their was a strange taste to the food that made us sick .so we Will never go there again .

Really enjoyed the food all dishes had good flavor and the temperature was exactly where it should be my only concern is that when you pull up in the parking lot the parking area is really filthy I almost did not come into the restaurant but I am glad I did do yourself a favor have someone clean your parking lot and I can guarantee youll get a lot more business

will never go back!!!!!! food was ok I guess I mean edible but nothing special and a couple hours after my family and I left we all got soooo sick horrible stomach pains violently throwing up it was horrible! do yourself a favor and dont risk it literally the sickest I have ever been lasted for two days this place needs to inspected by the health department

Terrible chinese buffet. I never ever seen like this buffet I visited today for dinner their service is terrible!!! all food was all too dry and old.. I know that was 100% leftovers lunch food. This place is a dump, the food was terrible and staff was terrible too They loudly talk to much Chinese without serving .Do not come here. I did not give any tip

Went there to taste the food, my God it was the nasty tasting food I ever tasted, the food did not look pleasing Ive never in all my years tasted or ever seen Chinese food such as The New Chinese Buffet bad service, prices to high and to be honest, THE FOOD MADE MY DAUGTHER SICK!!! Will never eat there again needs to be inspected.

They are very welcoming people. It brings a cozy atmosphere and they are Willing to help as best as they can. The food is awesome and its one of the only places I know, that even though its a Buffet they let you have take out for extra which is neat! And they have crab!!! Great place, people need to give then hidden gem a chance!
