Ive been coming to this store for about a year now. My experience with Greg over that time has been exemplary. He is professional, courteous, and personable. I quite literally refuse to eat at any other wing restaurant because not only is the service perfect at this Wingstop, but the quality of the food is beyond what anyone else can offer, as is how consistent both of those things have been during my time as a customer. If I could, I would like to give my utmost thanks to both Greg and Amy for continuously giving me a reason to want to come back. I deal with the two of them more than anyone else and it is refreshing when one of them answers the phone and immediately knows who I am. Hands down the best experience of any restaurant I visit regularly.

Went there today will never go again after seeing one of two the food handlers come in to store with her belly hanging out of her filthy shirt stinking of smoke after going out and smoking then go into the cooking station and start putting wings into the fryer barehanded with out washing her hands .she did finally wash her hands after doing two orders of wings at least the one I believe was the manager washed her hands first. I felt sorry for the girl that helped me she seemed new was left in the store by herself the help me and another customer only took 20 minutes for her to get my order out

1st time trying wing stop and by far the worst wings I have every had anywhere... they were hard as a rock. They I was curious if we got a bad batch or if wing street just had terrible wings. So I asked and the cook proceeded to say that he probably left them in for too long. Biggest waste of 30 dollars on some garbage wings that are so damn hard I break the for stabbing into it. Im not normally one to leave a review but Im beyond pissed. 1st time eating at wing stop and will be the last time.

Place is great! After this place popped up I will NEVER go to BWW again! Great wings reasonably priced. Atomic is my favorite! For what you pay for JUST WINGS at Buffalo WW you can get wings, fries, and a drink at Wingstop. Homemade well seasoned fries. Be sure to try the yeast rolls. Ill admit its not the atmosphere that BWW is, so I rarely eat there... Just take it to go.

Great food, truly the best wings and fries. Despite high quality food, the employees at this location could stand to learn some professionalism. Its usual for a few tables to be left dirty, soda or other dispensers to be empty, and for staff to be somewhat unfamiliar with the menu. To avoid all of that, I always order and pay online and then its a fantastic experience.

Customer service was poor, and when needed a box to go the cook was rude to my boyfriend. The portions of the meal(boneless chicken) was EXTREMELY small, never in my life have I had such small portion size. Ive been to another location out of state that had better service and better portions. Chicagos Wingstop is way better than Salems, in portion size and service.

This place is awful. They told us a 20 minute wait, it ended up being 50 mins. The food was cold and gross. Not to mention they were rude, and they forgot to give me my drink too. Dont waste your time, go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Better wings and the waitresses are a lot better looking and nicer!

Dont listen to the idiotic reviews . This place is amazing. Quality Customer Service and Food.Those people obviously never worked food service and believe that you will get top notch food instantly when there is 20 other customers ahead of them on a Saturday during the dinner rush .

It was absolutely terrible. The employee new nothing about the food, and the food was distasteful. The flavors were appalling and the ranch costed 95 cents each. The meat inside also was not good. Honestly the worst wing place I have been to. Wouldnt even go back if it was free.

My first time to Wing Stop was in California, because I had no idea we even had one so close to home. When we came back here, we of course had to have Wing Stop & amazing as always! (But I personally nevwr eat my fries) Plus the girl working that night was awesome. :)

I have been here twice now and have ordered to go both times. Each time I have not gotten any napskins. Their food is very messy and one needs napkins to keep from getting it everywhere. Also all the food is overly greasy and the fries are off salted.

Been here 2 times, and have been disappointed each time. They put a disgusting amount of salt on the fries, I feel like Im biting into a block of salt. The wings are no good either, I recommend buffalo wild wings over this place.
