I LOVE QDOBA. Please dont get me wrong, before I moved to Gig harbor area me and my boyfriend ate at the silverdale location quite often and its our favorite"fast food" place! So when we found the gig harbor location we were very excited and of course checked it out, Ive never been made to feel so uncomfortable and poorly treated at restaurant before... The girl behind the counter is SO unbelievably rude its unreal!! I got nothing but dirty looks, sarcasm and attitude on just about everything I ordered like it was so wierd at first I thought damn shes having a bad day, (Im very understanding) she was so mean from start to finish and then she got to my boyfriend to make his food... COMPLETE 180!! She turned her scowl into a sweet smile, dropped the attitude and gave him everything he wanted with a smile and no problems. I was so confused and didnt want to go back but we love Qdoba so much so weve given them multiple chances.. but unfortunately she is there every single time and makes it so uncomfortable for both of us. Please train your staff to be courteous!! We would love to come back!

i made the simple observation, that a second tortilla is often needed on my burrito, because they break open... which yielded me an extra $1 charge, and the explanation that, had i not mentioned it beforehand, i wouldnt have had the extra charge. Quality service? Nope. Thats just rude. That dollar will cost them future profits from me - i wont pay them for rudeness.

Ive been to almost every single Qdoba restaurant in the Puget sound area and this one is the absolute best. I have no idea what they put in my queso burrito but it was absolutely amazing. Ive never had a better tasting burrito than at the Gig Harbor location. Also my burrito was wrapped perfectly by the girl working today. Top notch guys, thank you.

Food was delicious, as is the same at most in the area. Menu selection is moderately wide. Surprisingly they offer a couple beers to choose from as well. Dinning area was clean and constantly cared to. Reassuring to see the Coca-Cola machine being fixed, shows they are on top of maintenance. Kitchen/Grill appeared clean.

Ive eaten at many Qdoba restaurants, so trust me when I say this is the filthiest restaurant EVER! Chunks of chicken on the floor! Chairs smeared in queso! Broken tortilla chips all over the place! All this disgusting filth was in the dining area; just imagine what the kitchen must be like!

Just now went up to their door and it was locked. Time on my phone said 1031. Sign on their door says open Saturday 1030. Saw two employees spraying and wiping behind the counter, but ignored the person who just tried to enter and was looking in through the all glass front.

Pulled pork was moist, but had almost no bark, and very little smoke or other flavor unless dipped in sauce. Fried okra and Mac and cheese were tasty. Meat plates start at 12.95 which I thought was a bit pricey. They had other options, such as sandwiches, for less.
