This place is okay cause the food is a bit over priced however the staff seemed nice and I looked though comments and owner seems hell bent of making good on disappointing things so if I could offer 1 thing to make this place better it would be make a slightly bigger bar to chose from givin I payed 7.04 for a breakfast burrito with sausage nd bacon and I didnt even get my penny back lol they rounded up to 7.05 cause Im guessing they were outta pennys however it would have been nice to be told that over all Im giving 4 stars because of drive though and staff add a bigger bar selection and I would move up to 5 stars no problem grate fast service vary friendly willing to answer anything I asked about the food there

Showed up to get a breakfast burritos at monday 6am. Hour sign says they open at 6am waited 10 minutes while waiting 2 employees show up and jump out of their car and run to the door only to find it locked, the start pounding on the door only to find out like me that the manager is not there. So I left and drove down to 7 eleven to get a coffee and muffin and head to work. Drove by again at 6:35 am and still closed with 2 employees sitting there waiming to get in. Uhg. ! Mondays suck.

Got a number 7 and the second burrito had literally only a pinch of beef in it after I noticed how light the first one seemed. How in hell is that considered a beef burrito? Not to mention it took way longer than necessary to order because of a language barrier with the person running the register. Im probably never going to return to this chain unless they make some serious changes. The photo I added was the amount of beef in said burrito

If I could give this a negative ⭐️ star I would. Worst Michas experience EVER.. they didnt give us our drink, put Veggies and Salsa all over my Nacho after I said I wanted None. And it took 20 min.. Ridiculous. Wont be going there again. In fact Im going back for a refund. If you want Good Michas go to HWY 99 location. They are good and dont screw up your entire order.

This is the absolute worst service you will ever receive. Ive been here a good number of times, and have always been friendly, polite, everything you could think of to be nice people, and yet without fail they have been rude every single time, been lied to, and had an overall terrible experience. Finally have had enough and will never go to this location again

Worst muchos ever. I got carne asada nachos. It came with cheese n meat and thats it so i called to ask if i can get a new nacho. The lady was so rude and disrespectful she hung up on me. DONT GO HERE.! A lady also complained they charged her credit card $600 . Disrespectful people. Id give this plave -10 stars if i could.

Really dont bother. Ive been here a few different times to give it a chance and each time Ive been disappointed. The burritos are bland. The taquitos are the same ones from Costco just more expensive and the tamales were microwaved to a point of being hard and inedible. This review is for both of the stores.

Ive been coming here for five years, it is the only Muchas Gracias that I like. The staff is friendly, and always gets my order right. The food is delicious, with a large portion, and a decent price. Its fast food, but better than fast food. I always make sure to stop by when I am in town

This location is the oldest one in Vancouver. Great food for late night munchies or post bar hunger. Open late. The drive through is a little challenging, but they do have a walk in option that a lot may not realize exist because the building is so small.

i walked in ordered 2 carne asada burritos wait time was short was able to get as much chilles and salsa as i wanted burritos were the best that i have had in a very long time staff was very pleasant i will come back often and recommend to my friends.

Muchas Gracias is a "you get what you pay for" kind of place. If youre looking for tasty, greasy mexican food that is reasonably priced, then you are at the right place. The staff are usually pretty friendly and the place is always super clean, too.

I always have an amazing gastronomic experience here. Everything is reasonably priced, delicious, and hits the spot when youre craving Mexican. I go here for lunch at least once a week, and have never had bad service or food. Good job Muchas!

One of the worst service in Vancouver. The one on 164th spanks these staff, having zero professionalism or courtesy skills and constantly texting on phone in front of the window while youre waiting to be acknowledged and your order taken

Oregon burrito offers a Northwest-Mexican treat. The self-serve pickled carrots a great extra. Staff keeps it spotless. No inside eating here, but worth trying the picnic tables in the middle of the parking lot.

Foods good but its take out only. U can place your inside or go thru the drive thru but theres no inside seating. They have a couple picnic tables outside or u can eat in your vehicle.

Hands down the WORST Mexican food Ive had in my entire life. It tastes like they put a cup of salt in my food. I was so hungry and even that couldnt get me to finish 3/4 of my plate.
