About 2 out of 3 times I go through the drive through in this place they mess my order up. Tonight I ordered and paid for a double and got a single. I knew I should have checked from previous experiences but didnt. My fault. However people shouldnt have to do that anyways. You have one job and it isnt that difficult. Ive been down that road before when I was in high school. The worst part was opening it up when I got home and noticing theirs no cheese on there and my small coke was just over half way filled up. If you come here check your orders. Seriously. Theyll mess it up the first chance they get.

Went in and paid for two drinks. Their soda machine in the lobby wasnt working so i stood at the counter for over five minutes and nobody could help me so I ended up setting the cups on the counter and walked out!!! Granted its only $5 but what a waste of money. I am a manager of a retail store and if horrible customer service like that happened in my location I would be mortified!

For a fast food place they have good customer service. This location is clean, even the bathroom. The other BK in Port Orchard usually gets my order wrong or the burgers are assembled by a 4 year old. It is definitely worth driving a bit out of town to this location if you want your BK done right.

Im sure if you like Burger King then this location will be little to no different. Personally I am not a fan of BK in general, but stopped in for breakfast and then another time lunch. The service is quick and friendly. The food is just "meh"

Was a great place - 6 months ago I left a great review. Guessing new management? Drive-thru consistently making mistakes on orders and more the staff, while not rude, per se, seem much less than happy. Gone to making my own breakfasts.

For my job I sometimes drop in for a dozen+ burgers at a busy time, and this place is always calm and professional. Not my 1st choice of food, but they do their job very well.
