My food always tastes stale and old. I dont get it. The employees are not friendly during the day and dont know how to work in customer service. When i walked in the lobby today EVERY single table was covered in cheese and taco meat and taco sauce. I got a napkin and wiped my own table off. Trash is still full as i am sitting here. This restaraunt is tiny, tell me why you cant keep up on your lobby. Very disappointed you wait 45 minutes for your food and it all seems like its smaller portions than the other stores. Not complaining but if i wait over half an hour for a burrito i would expect it to be of decent size not a scrawny tortilla with cheese and a little meat. I never thought ot was possible to screw up a Taco Bell, but Woodland managed to do it. Also this is the only Taco Bell Ive EVER heard of that RAN OUT OF BAJA BLAST. What kind of blasphemy is that? Seriously... i have been straying away from here more and more....

So im not the type of person to just give up on a place,..... UNTIL NOW! This is the FIFTH time in under three months that each and every time we have gotten an order of food it has been wrong. They give us the wrong items, or make the items wrong. I got a soft taco with southwest sauce on it by mistake,.. Literally spent 2 hours TRAPPED in the drive thru from 11pm until after 1am and then the order was wrong. Finally today, my order was wrong yet again, and when i spoke with the manager who appears to be a teenager, he became very heated, disrespectful and borderline confrontational. My recommendation is drive to Vancouver or long view it will cost you less gas, less time, and less frustration.I honestly doubt that this tacobell will remain open for much longer anyway.

Everytime I have gone to this location, I am waiting in the drive thru at least 10 minutes. Today I went through and ordered a $5 box and a drink. I paid and then waited for about 10 minutes. Eventually, another staff member came back to the window and asked if I had already paid. (Obviously I had, I wouldnt just sit there for 10 minutes for no reason). The entire time I sat waiting for my food, I heard all the staff member laughing and making jokes, which would have been fine if they were actually working or making an effort to get me my food. They could have at least apologized or gave me something for free. Also, 2 out of the three items in the box were disgusting, looked and tasted old. And of course, they got my drink wrong. Waste of my time and money.

So here I am sitting in drive threw, reading all the bad reviews...I order a pretty big 30 $ meal, so I decided to check the bag who wouldnt right..guess what I was right n wrong..I go back in and tell them Im missing 2 bean burritos I didnt see them in the bag, the manager said she did them her self so I was like I didnt see them said they said no O, so I was like its ok Ill check the bag again. She said no and got me 2 new ones, I was satisfied..I got home and realized I was wrong. They was in the bag...but the 2 nacho cheese cups wasnt...just wen i thought taco bell came threw they blew it...on the most important thing NACHO CHEESE

I love Taco Bell. However, this Taco Bell is abysmal. Im just trying to figure out in what Universe it takes nearly 25 minutes to prepare a quesadilla, a Mexican pizza and a soda...oh right, this Universe apparently. Ive worked fast-food. I know it gets busy, and you can only do the best you can. However, when there are only three cars in the drive thru and two people in the lobby, there should be zero problem getting food out the door in a timely manner...especially when theres a full crew in the kitchen. I hope the management does something soon, because this place has all but failed ever since they opened.

I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer for 30 plus years. I was excited when a Taco Bell was opening in Woodland. Unfortunately I just had the worst service Ive ever had at any Taco Bell. They forgot to make my order. When I brought it to their attention, after nearly 20 minutes, they said "Oops, sorry. Dont know what happened." At that point I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. When I finally got it the order was wrong! It was only 2 items and they were able to mess that up as well. Horrible service. We wont be back to this location!!!!

Got up to the order screen at the drive through. The lady said, "just a second." Five minutes later I finally hear, "we can take your order now." Ordered a taco. One person ahead of us. Waited 15+ minutes for our food. Slowest service Ive ever had. No "Im sorry for the wait" or anything. Its not like they were busy. They were just slow and bordering on rude. It shouldnt take me 20+ minutes to get a taco and a slushy from a fast food joint. #badservice #slowservice

This may be the most poorly run taco bell ever. Anytime you go in there is an issue. Either missing items or messed up items. The staff are nice enough but obviously could care less about their jobs. Often times they reek of weed. To add insult to injury half of the positive reviews about this joint are reviews by people who freaking work here. Slow clap for the worst fast food place I have ever been. How can you screw up a taco bell.

We parked, tried to walk in, the door was locked. We called to see if they were open and were told the door right next to the parking area is always locked (which is a lie because Ive used that door before)? K, that seems silly for one, and two there was no sign or anything? If youre going to have a main door locked, at least put up a sign saying use other door. Were taking our business elsewhere.

What kind of a place closes their dining area at 8 p.m. and routes everyone through their already busy and slow drive through? Just drove away and went somewhere else like the other three people that didnt want to wait forever in a Drive-Thru makes me wonder what planet this manager is from. Salmon Creek Taco Bell is only 15 minutes away.

I went to toco bell Friday night, I went through the drive though and ordered at 9:52 pm. I then proceeded to wait in line with people in front and back of me for over an hour long longer. Once I did get my food the beens in my food were sour and Grose. This is by far the worst taco bell experience I have ever had.

Drive through service is generally pretty timely and inconvenient, portion sizes have decreased over the years due to inflation so you no longer feel like youre getting your moneys worth going here trying to "save a quick buck" in the first place. Better to just stay home and cook a healthy meal imo.

Great food, Service was also great and very friendly. We were greeted and our order was taken when we walked in the door. Also cashier was able to help me figure out which item it was I wanted by my details of " the breakfast burrito with steak and pico in it" lol. Thanks for the help!!!
