Just finished lunch there, and tried to purchase a cookie for my 5 year old grand daughter. The cashier insisted that I had to buy two cookies since they are two for a dollar, and there was no way to just get one. She claimed to be the manager, and if thats accurate she certainly could use additional training in customer service/relations. Even the 5 year old thought that she was not very nice.

Everyday i cross the road, it sticks from cooking oil that NEVER gets replaced. Their oil is so overused, it stinks a MILE AWAY. Not to mention, their food is generally crap because they save pennies on oil so how could one expect them to have good ingredients ? I dont know. Its like expecting buying a Ferrari for a price of a Mercedes. It just doesnt work like that

OK, yes, its BK. But (1) the restrooms are clean (2) orders are taken & served fast & *accurately* (3) the staff are all sincerely friendly, polite & nice. Quite a nice surprise really.

not super busy. kids working tend to be forgetful and mess up orders often. never had that issue with the managers
