Delicious burgers in SF! Meat is super juicy and the garlic fries are bomb. We came here on a recommendation from a friend calling Super Duper the Shake Shack of SF. I was down for a good burger and Super Duper provided for me. I ordered the mini (1 patty) and garlic fries. My friend told me to order the patty medium rare to guarantee that it isnt overcooked. It was the perfect pinkness and juiciness! I like that the burgers have tomato and lettuce. The garlic fries have chunks of garlic and parmesan all over so be prepared to reek of garlic after this meal. Seating is difficult at this busy location at peak hours. You gotta kinda stalk people and share tables if need be. A great burger chain in the bay! Pretty darn good fast food... Im starting to drool again.

Went here with my girlfriend. She had a junior (read: single) burger with, bacon, cheese, and avocado. "Everything on it," which is all the freebies, but grilled onions rather than just red onions. I had two super (read: double) burgers, the same way. We split a garlic and cheese fries. A lot of people really like Super Duper. I mean REALLY like Super Duper. It is what it purports to be. A semi-upscale fast food burger place. They have vegetarian options and I saw a chicken sandwich, but you dont go to a steakhouse and order the salad. Id probably say their burgers are little better than In n Out. Definitely juicier. Certainly more customizable, although I doubt you can get a 3 patty burger. Also, they have really good pickles.

Super Duper Burgers had a free burger day on April 25th for their seventh anniversary. I must say that Im impressed with their set-up leading up to start time of 3pm. It was for the first 100 people and no purchase necessary. Line started forming by 2:15 another forty-five minutes and it was over one hundred. They handed out numbers till the last one is given out. No fighting for a place in line or cutters. Everyone was well-behaved patiently waiting for their burger. People were instructed to sign happy birthday to Arjar prior to going in. The burger in general was just a burger, but you can add cheese at no extra cost. To me, its flavorful and juicy came out hot to luke warm, but nothing below refrigeration coldness.

Got the Super Duper burger (2 patties!) with "everything on it" (which entitles lettuce, tomato, and red onions) and added cheese for $.50 more, which totaled to $7 (+) pretty bomb burger! The sauce hit the spot, the bun was nicely toasted, and the veggies made me feel like Im eating a good (and not overly unhealthy) burger (+) unlimited pickles! Just grab a tray and go for the jar of pickles (+) garlic fries were good but a lot smaller than expected so dont expect to be full by ordering this by itself; its a good size to go with a burger though! Ill definitely be back for the burger if Im ever craving it when Im walking around Downtown. And I want to try their soft-serve ice cream! They DIP it in chocolate!

Their chocolate dipped soft served ice cream needs improvement. The idea is cute, but the ice cream already melted when their server handed them to us at the counter. How can he expects us not making a mess on the floor and table without giving us napkins? Also, we have to make two trips to trips to the counter. First for ice cream then for meals with messy hands. They knew what we ordered, so they should put them all together or if they could separate the timing, they could wait for us finishing meals or asking to make. Eating melting ice cream and other items with messy hands are not that fun.

Its a good place for a burger. I saw a neon sign that said they serve breakfast but I was too late. I had a mini burger which is a bit of a misnomer since its just like a regular burger with a patty, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. I liked the fries and the lemonade with brown sugar was really tasty. The service was great if a bit rushed. They offered me a sample donut and it was tasty. Its really nothing special just honest fare at San Fransisco prices. Harveys in the Castro server a much better burger for the money.

Standard is what comes to mind. Not sure why this place is so popular. The burger is pretty average, nothing special. The pickles that they have are sweeter (not dill pickles) which Im personally not a fan of but if thats your thing youll probably love them! I did pick up an organic orange juice which was absolutely delicious. You need a code to get into the bathroom in the back which the staff will happily punch in for you to let you in. All in all, this is a safe pick to eat at but nothing thatll blow you away.

All that and some french fries. I tried this place only based on the extremely high Google reviews that I saw. I was not let down or even slightly disappointed. These burgers are legit! The burger was cooked perfectly, as you would expect at a place like this, and was not over flavored or spiced. They claim they freshly grind all of their hamburger meat everyday which, based on the taste, I believe. If youre looking for a burger and youre visiting San Francisco like I was then you gotta check this place out.

not a great burger. not really all that good even. they claim their burgers are juicy, mine was dry and charred around the edges. I ordered it with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, and super sauce. It came with lettuce and sauce, no tomato or onion. got it to go so couldnt return it. The shake was nothing special, reminded me of mcdonalds. Only reason I dont give one star is because the people working were very nice in general. as other reviews said, Im not sure why this place is so popular.

This place offers fresh ingredients to make their burgers and toppings. There wasnt a wait although the place was packed inside and outside. This looked like a perfect place for young people that are my age, it looked like a college crowd thats trendy or even young professionals from around the area. The fries were good and the shakes were cool and just perfect! The burgers were delicious and with one single patty and toppings, it will fill you up!! WORTH THE VISIT!!!! WILL COME BACK!!!!

Great burger. The Super Duper Burger consists of two patties, a pickle, slice of tomato and a leaf of iceburg lettuce. Burgers dont have much flavoring in comparison to a Shake Shack burger but Im all about the flavor of the ingredients and spices sometimes cover up flaws. This beef was tasty. Chocolate strawberry shake was delicious. The have free pickles but, since I didnt eat in the restaurant, I couldnt take any with me so I cant weigh in on those. Good food and nice vibe!

Super greasy burgers that arent that great. Garlic fries were spongy and way too much garlic. There was stuff in the chocolate shake, almost like they accidentally put something else in the glass and realized it was supposed to be a chocolate shake but left whatever the put in. Bathrooms were also as disgusting as their food. Oh, and they were out of various things...one of which was their pickles that we wanted to try. Poorly ran. Nasty food. Not worth any time or money.
