Stopped by and picked up the three meat sampler. The meats were chicken, pulled pork and ribs. The ribs and pork were fabulous! The chicken was fall off the bone-dry. :( The skin was actually crispy, too crispy to eat. How does a BBQ chicken get a crispy skin and how does that chicken then look presentable enough to the staff to decide its Memphis quality? Thankfully, they supplied three containers of sauces; all were used on the chicken. The other two meat choices dis not require sauce. I only use sauces if the meat is bad..... The two sides were mac and cheese and baked beans. The mac and cheese was perfectly cooked, the beans had a nice heat added. The corn bread that came with the meal could use some work, it was dry. If it had been served with a spread like butter or honey or even a honey butter it might have helped.

If you enjoy down-South, slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth barbecue (ribs, pork, chicken) with sides of mac-n-cheese, cole slaw, collard greens, baked beans, etc., peach cobbler and more, then this is the place for you. The smoky goodness is so good, you dont even need sauce, but they serve it with sauce). It is intended as a drive-through, take-out place, but they do have a table or two and chairs for seating outside, picnic-style (if you decide to eat outside here, its on Highway 99 so its noisy). They also deliver. Its a friendly, small business owner who REALLY knows how to cook.

I order $100 worth of food for my staff. When we arrived to pick up the food, no one knew where our order was. When opening it we discovered that 4 sides we missing, the Diet Pepsi was a Diet Shasta and the food was bad to boot. The meat was dry, the beans were ice cold and severely under-cooked and the mac and cheese had zero flavor. When I called the place back to let them know of the missing items the woman wanted to argue with me, hands down will NEVER order from them again nor recommend them.

Meat is good. I would go back only for the meat but would never get sides again. Baked beans werent cooked, they were still crunchy. The coleslaw tasted alright but didnt seem like it sat long enough to soak in the dressing and tasted more like mayo and sugar than anything. The corn bread was the absolute worst! Id rather buy a box of Jiffy. It tasted only of Crisco and flour. But, again, I did like the meat. Ive had better when I was living in Florida but it was still good.

My boyfriend and I just tried this place tonight for the first time and was amazing. We tried the pulled pork platter with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The pork was tender and juicy and the sauce was one of the best i have had and sides were equally delicious. I never write reviews but since we moved here from Florida last year its was a great surprise to find a real southern bbq joint on this coast!! Two thumbs up guys!!

Didnt get my potato salad and BBQ beans that were supposed to come w/a beef platter, just a bunch of meat and sauce. No sour cream for the potato either. I thought they will redeliver the missing items, but the driver said that the order didnt come through as a platter, even though I paid 17.99$ for it. And that I should just hope that New Year brings the change I am expecting.

I had this at the Edmonds Arts fair and I will definitely be frequenting thier Everett location. The beef brisket was exceptional. Try to Little pulled pork it was also very tender and not overly salted. Very friendly staff an exceptional barbecue. The best Ive had in an extremely long time. Very hard to find this type of good quality barbecue in the northwest.

We tried the BBQ rib tips and pulled pork, it was awesome!!!! They let us taste their chicken. Fantastic, normally BBQ chicken is fleshy... this was not, it was perfect! Yummy Beans, cornbread and potato salad. Will defiantly be returning. Staff was really friendly and eager to share their product. Rib tips were dry rub and well seasoned.

Staff is super friendly and helpful for the party we had planned. I contacted them day before for a 40 person sized party. Since I had not tried them before the staff walked me through what I needed to order. The food was amazing and did not disappoint. Recommend this place over any chain BBQ place.

The food was mediocre.. the baked beans didnt seem cooked all the way through, but they had good flavor. The chicken skin was tough, but it tasted good. They forgot two of my sides that came with my order. But the Banana pudding with wafers was absolutely delicious.

The food is amazing here. We always get the beef brisket and have not been disappointed. You have to wait a little bit while they are getting your food ready so if you are impatient call your order in ahead of time. Let me tell you though it is so worth the wait.

Awesome staff, delicious food, nice little outdoors area to sit. The sweet tea was delicious. If youre thinking about getting BBQ this is the spot to go. It only took abut 5 to 7 minutes from the time I ordered until I got the food, which is really quick for BBQ.

Sadly made the mistake of ordering at 7 pm, they close at 8. was cancelled at 8:13 PM!!!! Wow Thanks for the heads up people! Gave you a great rating and talked you up for years. The message was you ran out of food. Really?? You ran out of ALL THREE THINGS??

Staff was AMAZING, the brisket is one of the best Ive had if not ther best. Location could be a little easier to fined and their phone number in Google is incorrect, you have to go their website and get the number... ILL BE BACK!!

Absolutely horrible ordered delivery and it was an hour late, cold, and they forgot half of our $105 order. I called the manager and didnt even get a apology. Not to mention it was 3 hour delivery
