L&L does not accept debit or credit cards, so make sure to withdraw cash before heading here. There is also an ATM inside, but you have to pay a fee to withdraw money. Wait time for your order varies by the number of customers who ordered before you, so expect a 10-30 min wait. The Chicken Katsu combo is delicious. The soda machine is so-so. I usually choose water as my drink option and it never really tastes or looks like water. Its usually a light pink with a slight lemony aftertaste. Try L&L here or go to Ono Hawaiian Barbecue in Colma where card & cash are accepted.

Spam masubis and hella chicken Katsu.... the usual. The spam masubi is prepared well... an average amount of rice thats properly cook, good portion of spam and lots of sauce. The chicken Katsu can feed three people so be ready to split! Fairly clean and giant portions. This place is cash only but there is ATM machine inside. Not the best Ive had, but Its close to work so cant complain.

Only reason why 4 stars is because the soda machine was down. Not their fault but still, it was broken. No more free refills. Katsu with the curry on the side was muy Caliente. Crispy, tasty and piping hot. We shared a mini and that was more than enuf. The place was clean. The soda machine was fixed by the time we left. Oh well. Next time.

While eating I watched the cook leave the kitchen with gloves on walked into the mens restroom and then walked back out with gloves on while he was in the restroom and started to cook. Absolutely disgusting. Health hazard which I will be reporting to the city. When I approached the cashier about my concerns she just said oh. Do not eat here.

Doesnt accept debit cards like the other location in Daly City or Millbrae so I had to withdraw from their ATM that cost an additional $1.75. Its not cheap to eat here and I understand not taking credit cards but debit cards only cost .30 per transaction. If I hadnt already ordered I would have defi5took my daughter some where else to eat.

Check what your drinking here. My son ended up in the emergency room after a sip of Pepsi from the machine. It tasted unusual. Was it cleaned? Was the machine checked before letting customers use it? Check what your drinking to avoid paying hospital bills. The business owners dont care at all.

I usually get a mini plate of either bbq chicken or the chicken katsu. The regular plate portions are huge and probably meant to be shared. Everything is cooked to order, so if you are in a rush, make sure you call in first. Consistently good.

Honestly, cant go wrong with chicken katsu at L&L. Great price, good portions. The restaurant itself isnt the cleanest, but not as important when Im hungry and on a budget. Even getting the Mini Katsu, it was still a lot of food for me!

I order bbq chicken with all mac salad to go. When I got home I had bbq chicken with all rice!!!!!! I hate rice! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, they do not listen to your order!

Its alright. Ive been to other L&Ls before. This one was kinda dirty and in an area that isnt that great. But the food was consistent with what Ive had at other L&L places.
