This is one of the best Mongolian BBQs Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot. We discovered Mongolian BBQ in Spokane and when we moved away we spent the entire 11 years searching for a Mongolian BBQ half as good as what we had in Spokane but we always came up short. We just moved to the Seattle area less than a month ago and tried this place. We are so glad we did. This place is everything we remembered Mongolian BBQ to be. They have a fantastic selection of meats, veggies, noodles, and sauces. The chefs are nice and smart about how they cook your food. They save some of your excess sauce to put on your food periodically as it cooks. Ive never seen anybody do that. Every other Monglian BBQ chef Ive seen just dumps the whole thing on and your sauce either cooks away quickly or falls off the edge. The restaurant is tidy and clean and the staff has been friendly. I cant recommend them enough. To the other reviews complaining about dry food, etc: You are choosing your ingredients. The chefs just cook what you give them so its your job to add more sauce if its too dry. Not theirs. Dont write bad reviews for your lack of understanding what kind of restaurant this is.

This is the best Mongolian I have had in a long time. You get to choose the meats and vegetables and sauces yourself. I see a lot of people are saying the food was too dry or didnt have enough flavor, if this is the case, its because you didnt put enough sauces in your bowl for whatever taste you are desiring. I dont follow the recommended amounts because I like a lot more flavor then that. The chefs always put your food on and keep some of the sauces to continue to add to your food as it cooks rather then putting it all on at once and letting it dry out. The chef we always try to get knows me already and knows I like my food cooked a little longer and he remembered me from the very first time we went there. So, he always accommodates my desires. I love this place! I think you will also, but please experiment with the sauces until you get the right amount of flavor and enough sauce to make it fantastic!

My husband , daughter and I went on a Monday evening. Atmosphere is nice. Its clean. The food is good. I took so many stars away for this reason- I created a bowl for myself and one for my daughter separately. I got to the front and they took my bowls and dumped them together and mixed them up... I specifically made my daughter her own bowl because we are struggling to figure out her allergies. She has had multiple allergic reactions. So i made her a bowl of things I knew would not cause a reaction. So he dumped everything together and mixed it all up .. And of course my daughter had a reaction. I mentioned it to the girl at the front and she blamed me. She told me "next time tell them its separate" Uhm. I made TWO COMPLETELY SEPERATE BOWLS. I didnt realize that wasnt seperate enough. Never going back.

Food selection is great. All you can eat. Unlike many places you can choose all the meat you want and even use 2 bowls. Same price. You would think that this would warrant 4 or even 5 stars. Here is the rest of it. The 2 "cooks" look like they are being punished while they work. The younger of the two has a seriously sour face and makes you wonder if your food was spit into. The waitress was decent. The bathroom was nicely decorated though very dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. There was also oil on the floor that my 3 yr old slipped on causing him to fall down on his back. Nobody cleaned it up. Overall impression: I will return. However, my experience could be so much better with some easy changes at this small chain.

Nothing special here as far as mongolian grill goes. They have all the normal choices of meat, seafood and veggies. The grill tray had mounds of scraped food scraps in it. It looked like they hadnt cleaned it since lunch. I have never seen a mongolian grill place not care that much about cleanliness when cooking. Around the grill was not really any better. All the shelves were dingy and dirty with food. The sauces seemed very watered down like they are trying to cut costs. Oyster sauce is thick like ketchup and you cant see through it. The one they had was thin like water and clear brown like an un-carbonated beer.

I really love this place. My roommates and I eat here all the time. Dinner is more expensive than lunch, but still very worth it. (Lunch is less than $10, but I think Dinner is around $12) They have a huge selection of meats, noodles, veggies, and sauces. This place is amazingly clean, and very nicely decorated. The staff is very nice and friendly. They serve you steamed rice and wraps as well as a small bowl of soup and ice cream, all included with the buffet. Seriously, this place has no flaws that I can think of. Go there, youll love it!!!

We came with 7 adults and 3 toddlers and a 2 infants. They let us know the tip was included which is understandable, but we were practically finished with our meal and the waiter didnt bring our drinks yet. We told the waiter a few times and she still didnt. As we were paying to leave they charged for the toddlers and the infants who had a few bites off our plates and they charged for them as if they ate. Very not friendly and def not kid friendly. Stay away from stingy restaurant.

While the taste of the food is great, there are a lot of little things that distract from a great dining experience. First, while it wasnt too busy it appears we just missed the rush as there was a lot of mess around in the cooking area. Then we never got our soup even through we asked a couple times. Again, the food was very tasty and there are a lot of combinations you can make...it just was a bit dirtier than I expected.

the food was dry and burnt. only if these people knew that if they added Mongolian sauce and/or teriyaki sauce, the food would have been way better. food(3/10)------dry and burnt food cleanliness(10/10)------its been around only for a couple of years, still looks new. professionalism(8/10)----i guess it just depends on who is your waiter. as far as price goes, i think they are the same as any other buffets.

Jasmine Mongolian Grill is fairly typical of what Ive come to expect from Mongolian Grills in terms of the style of food. I love the mix of meat Jasmine offers, and their dinner veggies are just perfect for me. The lunch menu is more limited, but thats normal for any sort of buffet style place. The cooking service at Jasmine is top notch, but table help is often very hard to find.

We came in to get seated and were told to wait because one person was checking out. 15 minutes later, more people were coming up to check out and we were still not seated. We kindly reminded them and we got attitude in return. Thats not how a business should be run. If I was second in line to get service, I should have been helped second. Hire one more person if thats what it takes!
