I dont know what they have. When I asked to change board, they said it still cleaning, and when I asked to refill rice, they put rice on dogs bowl. They also tried to include tips on price, so I said I dont want to give you some tips and I complained. However, they said we were busy since morning like suxing excuse. I think they arent ready to business.

I was making Kalbi using a buddys recipe long before I ever set foot in an actual Korean restaurant. I love it and the hundreds of people Ive made it for at BBQs love it. I found this place on Yelp when was I was looking for reviews of another Korean BBQ joint further down Hwy 99. Weve been eating at the Palace Korean Grill in Bellevue for years but we live in the north end and when they jacked up their price on the option that includes Kalbi a couple of years ago, our visits became far less frequent. Its really no less expensive here but I think the food actually tastes better and its less than 10 miles from my house. The service is better than the service at the Palace but that may just be my perception since it was easier to flag down waiters here. At the Palace, they disappear for 20 minutes at a time. The food was delicious and the soup was outstanding. That does lead me to my one actual gripe though. I love the soup and for some reason, its not included under the "all you can eat" heading. Wouldnt it be cheaper to let guys like me who love good soup fill up on that rather than gorging on meat? Its got to be less expensive. Your soup is the best bean paste soup Ive had and I want to eat like two quarts of it! We bought the middle tier of the all you can eat options. We didnt get Kalbi with it but the marinated beef, pork belly and brisket were very good. We will be back often!

Couldnt have had a worse experience! We came in as a group of 3 perfectly clean adult married couples and youd have thought by the way they treated us we were all a bunch of armed Hells Angels + the food was mediocre at best (think they served us fake pork belly, as it really was tough as shoe leather). A few of us dared to want to order the all-you-can-eat bbq. They brought the manager lady over and she told us they had problems in the past with people ordering all you can eat and sharing it with others, so because of that we either had to either ALL have the all you can eat bbq (even though we had a vegetarian at the table) or they would have to BREAK UP OUR GROUP TO SIT AT OTHER TABLES so they could monitor us!! Yeah they really said that and yeah, that was absolutely the rudest treatment Ive ever had at a restaurant!! We had to threaten to leave before she "let" us order different meals but then she hovered over our table CONSTANTLY, giving us the creeps and watching our every move. Very bizarre customer service approach and would have walked out of that place but it was my wifes birthday, so we desperately wanted it to be a good experience, which it sadly wasnt. Skip this place! There are much better options for Korean BBQ in Lynnwood, places with better food, better atmosphere and that actually welcome respectful, paying customers.

Went there with my friend. We ordered unlimited BBQ that costs about 21 dollars each person, yet the quality of the meat wasnt worth it. Its definitely cheaper price compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants, but that doesnt explain why I and my friend had to suffer from the strange smell of the marinated beef. We never realized where the smell was coming from; soon we found that the marinated beef had some strange smell. I cant explain exactly, but it was like the sour smell of the meat when a meat is almost over the expiration date. The porks were quite good that day, but the quality of the marinated beef was doubtful. In fact, I could order 18 dollars BBQ instead if I knew that I cant even eat the marinated beef. We couldnt eat it at all because it smelled really bad. Plus, the cashier was really rude; I paid with my 20 dollar and 5 dollar cash, and the cashier asked me if I will need a change. I was like what the f? Why she even ask me about my change? It was really uncomfortable. I said I will need my change, then she told me where the tip jar is. I put two dollars in there, and that will be my last tip for Arirang Restaurant. Im giving two stars only because the quality of pork was unexpectedly good. Anyway, I will not come back to this place. Cheers Arirang Restaurant!

I just left this place and I am appalled by the service. The waiter (Korean young male with blond hair) was terrible. He checked on us only once the entire hour and a half we were there. Otherwise, we had to physically call over a server for any help, and even if we made eye contact, my group was ignored several times. We had to call for help at least 6 times and even then, they didnt get the message. The blond kid was also rude as he would drop the dishes on the table and if I asked for more water, he would walk away. The older lady was fine serving us (the one time she came, but we had to call her over) but when it came to paying, we wanted to tip based on the service, which was absolutely terrible, so I admit we didnt tip as well as we would have (if the service was at least sub par), and she called us out and made us adjust our amounts as she was saying how we were bad and "no good." This is the first time Ive been here and I wont be back. Im honestly shocked and do not recommend this place at all. The meat was not that good either...

I dont know why the other reviews rated the service poor at Arirang. We came in on Memorial Day and had a great experience. I made a reservation thinking that it was going to be crowded. But the restaurant is very big (had like 20 tables) and it was only half full. There were two waitresses and both were very attentive and nice. I guess I can see the place getting really busy if it were full with two people. But I hope that they have more on staff on a busier night. We got the E2 AYCE choice which had bulgogi, pork belly, marinated pork, or brisket as meat choices. We tried everything but the brisket. The meat was pretty good. Portions are pretty big. There were only a few banchan, but the portions were pretty good and they came by to ask for refills, which is nice. I really liked the marinated sliced radish. It was a refreshing side to the heavy meats. E2 also comes with soybean soup and steamed egg. Even though the steamed egg isnt refillable, they still gave us another one. All in all, a great AYCE Korean BBQ experience!
