Liquor Board
Drinking on the job ! I used to own a bar and I know that this is wrong and against the State law for employees to drink on the job. The manager was apparently training a new waitress and 3 times I saw him pour small shots of liquor and go back to the kitchen with his female trainee. I could see she was getting a slight buzz as she was glassy eyed and acting silly. That manager should know its not good to mix liquor, even at small amounts. Especially to women. The food here is not that great, mostly frozen and I have gotten egg plant lasagna twice, cooked in the micro wave and frozen in the middle. If you order things they actually have to cook/prepare, spaghetti, salads, then its ok. For the life of me I dont know why I return. Its close and there are a couple waitresses I enjoy. But this will be my last time here. The manager is now putting Vinces liquor license in jeopardy. I was hoping this restaurant would continue their outgoing personality/service. Although most of the food is frozen, its tolerable. This location has had a tough time keeping a business. Boston Pizza was the longest running business in this location that I can remember. Oh well....theres always the good ol stand-by of Anthonys !! Hey Vince.....Ill come see ya soon in Burien !!

My Husband and I decided to give this place a shot. My mother was an Italian chef and I am from the Midwest and East coast, so I went in with very high standards... And let me tell you they met it, if not succeeded! Their non-meat past "Rigatoni Arrabbiata" perfectly done! Spiced perfectly with hot pepper, garlic, tomatoes and even had the fresh parsley sprinkled on top(this is the correct way). it was better than any Italian restaurants in Chicagos little Italy! Now the pizza! YUM! Perfect Margherita, (my husband wanted sausage on his side (which they gladly did), but I wanted the traditional. The mozzarella- real(not the shredded kind you get at most restaurants), fresh basil, tomato sauce and just a drizzle olive oil was the perfect taste, what I would get from New York authentic Neapolitan restaurants in their little Italy!! Their Insalata Rucola was simply dressed with lemon and olive oil (this is how it supposed to be done!) not over dressed and not laden with cheese. Just perfect! We will visit again! The service was spectacular too!

My mother and I decided to check the place out since we live nearby. Ordered a large pepperoni unfortunately the price is ok for a normal large but their large is the more like most places medium. The pepperoni was great wish the pizza had been larger or had more of it on it. The rest of the pizza was underwhelming but had a decent taste. The sauce was watery and rolled off the pizza. Their was a lack of cheese on it and the giant green herb on it that i think was there for presentation just looked gross. Overall not the greatest pizza in my books but still had an ok taste. Not sure what the classic pizza style is but now I know I dont care for it. Price was a little high for the size of the pizza. Also didnt care for the presentation.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and polite. The service is quick and the food comes out quickly as well. Weve had a few of the pastas and a few of the pizzas. All of the pasts weve had were really tasty. They tend to be a little on the buttery side, but thats fine with me! The pizzas are awesome. The meats are really high quality and the sauce has a nice tang to it. My only complaint is I wish that some of the prices were a little lower. Other restaurants in the area are almost just as good, but a lot cheaper. That said you get a huge portion so if you think about it as two meals its really not so bad! Would definitely check this place out if you havent been before.

The food tasted really really good but the server was rude and short with us. We felt as if she was judging us and maybe didnt want to serve us. She never came back to our table to check on us after taking our order, we had to get up and approach her for things we had needed while we ate. She also spilt water on the floor walked off and didnt clean it up. It was still there when we left. But all in all Just the way she treated us and how we felt when we left it sucked. Food was good and drinks werent bad either. If we go back we will ask for a different server. The guy who looked like a manager was nice and so was bartender.

Its nestled in a quaint location 1 bock from the DesMoines Marina. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and fun, perfect for its near waterfront location. The food is exquisite. The wood oven pizza, mmm... so good, is on par with the Northwests Best Wood Oven Pizza, Pizzeria Pulcinellas in Renton. The other dishes and deserts are tastefully authentically Italian! The service was excellent! If you love fast-food fake Italian pizza and dishes, you probably will not enjoy the original authentic Italian recipes that produce these mouth-watering tasty pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert dishes!

We started visiting right after Via Marina reopened, and it has grown from a sleepy side street stop to a bustling place. It is open and friendly, and you watch them put finishing touches on a pizza in their brick oven. We never had a bad meal there, but their pizza and calzones are hard to pass up. We recently tried their cheesecake, which is homemade and delicious.

a quirky but quaint atmosphere coupled with some good basic italian food makes this place worth a try. Service is attentive and the prices reflect good value. They also have a small outside patio but it faces the traffic intersection. Great it you want to watch cars going by. Located just two blocks from the Des Moines marina and the Puget Sound, go check both out.

I love this restaurant. A great local Italian place that is finally starting to get the traffic it deserves! Its a bit noisy on the patio (next to main road and under SeaTac flight line) but the food is really good. Ive always had fast service and I love the desserts. I took my parents when they visited and they really enjoyed it too!

We went here last night on a whim. Knew nothing about the place. Only relied on the reviews. Glad we did! Great meal. Pizza was phenomenal. We also tried the Carbonara dish. It was amazing too. The service was really good and the prices were great. Cute little place. Will definitely go back.

Hands down, this is the best pizza in the region. No joke. Having grown up in New Jersey, I have tried for years to find decent pizza in the PNW. I have heard, "Oh, have you tried..." a thousand times for a thousand different places, but nothing comes close to Via.

Great food with an excellent atmosphere. One thing that tipped it over to awesome was my girlfriend and I ordered lemoncello and it came in legit lemoncello glasses, have not had it served right since I was in Italy. The whole experience was excellent

Not bad. A decent Happy Hour. But the pizza could have used a few more minutes in oven and the Caprese salad needed more tomaotes and less cheese. The olive oil on the salad a bit bitter. Staff super
