This place should get 0 stars due to their poor customer service!!! Was basically called a liar and had a "manager" argue with my mother and I over a drink. I had ordered their Thursday special which included a drink, my mother had ordered another meal and ordered another drink and I had uploaded Cafe Rios app when I went to their grand opening at the end of June which then gave me a free drink coupon on my app which expires August of 2017. I had him scan it upon check out and it beeped like it worked and then the coupon disappeared from my phone which means that the coupon has been used and you cant pull it back up. He then said "Oh, it didnt work...can you pull it back up and try to make it bigger?" Uh, no...its gone it was scanned and it disappeared. He then went on the screen and hit a couple buttons and I thought he was over riding the computer so it would reflect my free drink. But no. Looked at the receipt upon concluding the transaction and saw that we had been charged for 2 drinks when it should have been only for 1. He then argued with us saying that it was the computers fault and he refused to refund us for the 2nd drink. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!! He would also not give us his name when asked and refused to give us his regional managers name as well. This guy needs some serious customer service skills...or shouldnt be working in the customer service industry. AGAIN, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I love this place! The food is so good. I have been a couple times now and have had the shredded chicken both times (taco salad and burrito). Everything is fresh and fast, and the sauces are mouthwatering! (Bummer that they charge extra for sour cream?? And the guacamole price is outrageous). My kids like the free "nino quesadilla", and I was very grateful that someone carried our tray to our table as I wrangled my kiddos and got drinks. The only downside to the dine-in experience, is all of the singing/chanting. I know they are a new location and are trying to be fun/upbeat, but all the extra noise was actually upsetting/confusing my children. "Why are they yelling?" "Why are they yelling again?" The "Nacho song" is seriously obnoxious. And I hate to sound like a downer, but I could also do without the little check-ins at my table while Im eating. I dont mind them clearing trays and offering to take things out of our way, but its not a restaurant in the sense that they need to come over and ask how were doing, how things are, and if they can get us refills. It all sounds nice, but the poor girl who has to do it just seems awkward. Just leave us to eat please, unless it looks like we need help. Overall, great place to eat. Well be back again and again...but maybe taking our food to go :)

I go here with co-workers every week for Tasty Tuesday as its really the best value. Sometime it can be a bit slow which is understandable as it can get extremely busy. I dont mind waiting a little longer for the food and the staff is always friendly. However a word of WARNING, always check your food! This past week I got a salad and it looked great, but after getting halfway through I turned over a piece of lettuce and found a dead fly. It was pretty horrifying considering I had just eaten quite a bit of the salad. Other times I have found the lettuce to be very old and soggy or just very dirty. Overall the food is good, but just be careful. Im only writing this to warn others as I contacted the company and I dont feel they will do anything about it because I have contacted them before for a similar issue, that time it was a hair, and they have not improved the quality of lettuce.

First time customer. Cleanliness - 7 out of 10, a few tables still had previous customer food and trays. Price - fair Taste - 8 out of 10, still not too bad for a Mex/American fast food restaurant. Freshness - 7 out of 10, had to pick out some of the salad that had gone bad. I also ordered some grilled chicken which obviously she was out of but she continued to pick out the scraps remaining from two empty containers. Customer service - 4 out of 10, the girl helping me just did not want to be there. When I asked her questions she would repeat her question and ignore mine. I also asked about a "special" on Tuesday that was posted, the response was, "I dont know, I dont work on Tuesdays".

We wont be back. The servers were not helpful, they acted like they had more important things to do than make our food. Scanty portion of meat, cheese, sauce, huge portion of green salad. Tables not bussed. Music VERY loud. We didnt even get what we ordered. My wife ordered the Hatch Chile Chicken Salad, she got chicken salad. My granddaughter ordered chips and queso, she was given chips and salsa: "we dont have queso". Not impressed. After complaining, the price of the Hatch salad was refunded and we were given a cup of queso with the explanation that they were training a new crew who werent doing things properly yet.

Assembly line employees dont listen to customers. Scatter brained workers trying to do four things at a time. Customers get ignored. New employees dont know what ingredients go on the plate. Very poor customer interaction. Menu is very limited, and not clear about choices. Not at all appetizing. Barely a step above Chipotle. Layout of this restaurant is not customer friendly. I canceled my order while I was in line, and restaurant employee began antagonizing me, while I waited to pay for my partners order. I wont be back. And I wont encourage others to patronize either.

Nothing special... Failed to disclose all ingredients on their tacos on the menu, they didnt ask if I wanted cheese before grilling it onto the shell. Staff was still in training so I hope they learn to be more interactive with their customers when making food. The staff that was in the restaurant eating area was nice and greeted most people with a smile. Eating area was cramped and difficult to navigate between the tables and railings. Overall they were okay, but if you want Mexican food fast... There are much better places in Federal Way (Senior Taco for starters).

This place is Nasty and dirty and they used the the tongs to open the dirty lids and then they serve your meat with it I dont even eat meat but I wouldnt even eat beans here this place was disgusting and then when I asked the person that was serving us to go and change her gloves after she wiped the sauce on a tortilla shell in front of us then she got a attitude because I asked you to wash your hands its nasty dont eat here unless you want to get sick but I will say the drink bar was pretty cute.

Great food for a nice price. Ingredients are fresh and put together with your choices. Overall food quality is of a higher standard. Perfect place for to-go lunch or picnicking as everything comes sealed in a to-go tin plate. An awesome fresh fast food joint. Be warned however, their guacamole is $2. That seems a very steep price, especially when the meal itself is only $7-$9. It isnt justifiable when many stores nearby sell a tub of guacamole for that price.
