I am just leaving a comment I am sure the owner will see because he or she responds to many comments. I am looking for a place to dine and intentionally not choosing your establishment because of your habit of arguing with customers on reviews. It makes it very obvious to me that there is a problem with your service so the only way to defend this is to argue with customers. I will say that I have never been to this establishment, but I have no intentions on going somewhere where the owner frequently argues with customers. Good for you that you were "voted" whatever it was you were voted. That means nothing to me if you are rude to people online. That says to me you likely treat your employees the same way. I do not wanting someone who is treated poorly at their job cooking my food. They will not take pride in what they do and will likely not do a good job cooking my food.

The food is tasty and affordable, but the night shift staff arent the most attentive to customers. I put in an order on the website and when I got there I walked up to the register and waited 3 to 5 minutes for the guy at the register to acknowledge me. He never did, and I saw my order on the grill, so I sat down and waited a while longer. About 10 minutes later, someone else finally looked up at me and asked if I could be helped, so I told them I placed an online order and was waiting for it. They chuckled a bit and handed my food, but forgot my drinks (although to be fair, by that point I almost had too and almost made it to the door before remembering and going back). One bad experience isnt enough to keep me from going back, but I felt the staff could have been a bit more helpful.

Came by around 8:30 to be told they are closed. The sign outside stated that they close at 9 and the open sign was on. The workers inside (3 African American dudes) started to snicker as I was walking out. I hope the owner sees this and explain to his employees that 9 is when they close not 830. Edit: To the Owner. I only left your establishment because your employee said that they were closed. Maybe you should look at your cameras again. You can see that I look at the hours of operation that is posted outside after I walk out the door. You capitalized NEVER but before I could even order, your lazy employees said that they were closed. Dont call your customers liars when the problem is your employees. Doesnt matter. Wont be back. Just go to five guys or wibbleys down the street.

We stopped for lunch recently and had great burgers & service. This really is Bellevues Best burger! They have won the award ever since the doors opened and its well deserved. GM Tyrone really has this restaurant pointed in the right direction. For starters they approach the burger patty as a chef would, dont overwork the ground beef and dont compact it tightly. They also dont press it while cooking, so what you get is a juicy burger that it paired with a terrific bun and fresh toppings of your choice. They also offer a wide range of other menu items and hand made potato chips and shakes/malts are amazing. This is a must stop for folks in the area!

The wayback burgers are as close to the burgers back in the day, clean no additive they melt in your mouth they have real authentic milkshakes and the French fries oh my God they are so good even the chili cheese fries now we are trying to get the Wayback Burger in Federal Way and in Tacoma as we dont have that there so if youre out one day and youre looking for a good burger with the family because it be cheating if youre by yourself go to the Wayback which is on North East 18th Street Bellevue Washington and believe you me youll be posting just like I am thank you

Everything was great for a while when this location first opened. Over the last few months, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff has gone out the door. Only eat here if you like burgers that are swimming in a pool of grease before it gets to you or you like listening to the staff cuss at each other while you try to eat. I used to recommend this location to friends, but now I recommend they dont waste their time.

Ordered lunch online due to not having as much time for my break. First time eating here and I will be back!!! Ordered the Rodeo Burger, bacon cheese fries and strawberry shake. The burger was amazing and tasty only thing I would have added was ranch dressing but that is because I like ranch on just about everything. The strawberry shake was thick and very tasty as well! I will be back soon!

Its a great place. Its kind of hidden to public due to location. But they have got great burgers for less price and its not fast food. They server hot delicious burgers and it cost only 1.50 to add additional patty and no extra charger for toppings.Their milk shake is yummy. After i found this place I frequency of going to redrobin is reduced.

Fantastic! Right off the bat the staff was warm and welcoming. The wait was short, and the A/C was nice and cold on a 90 degree day. I got the double bacon burger "their way" to go. So delicious! I live in Renton so this is a bit of a drive for me, but I will be going back for sure, its worth the time invested!

Change your name to WAYBack Wack! With bland tasteless food ,rude employees, public employee fighting in the restaurant. All that and my order wasnt even correct smfh.. I know for sure where I wont be going anymore. Oh and one question, how TF did you guys manage to make a watery malted milk shake?!??

The burger was amazingly soft and the fries were the real deal. Everything was delicious!!! The shakes are actually made with real ice cream which is pretty rare. My dad is a huge burger snob and he even thought it was amazing. Also, the staff were amazingly helpful!!

Everything is great and all but somethings bug me like why doesnt the fries come with the burger and why do u guys charge so expensive like 3 brugers no fries or drink and it cost $40 in Macdonalds it cost only $10 or $5 i think you guys need to work on ur math.

Rude order taker. Asked for small drink and he said regular. Looked at me like I was an idiot for asking for small. Burgers are nothing special. Soggy, cold bun. Cheese not melted. Tiny thin strips of bacon. MUCH better options in area.

The burger and chocolate milkshake was VERY GOOD (chili cheese fries would be better without the chili . I had a patty melt(served on an inside out grilled bun) and throughly enjoyed the flavor.
