Dont ever frequent this place. I took an order to go, I get down the road and there is a long female hair in it. When I got back to my job site I called them and the girl said there is nothing she can do, and Ive got to call later to speak with a manager. I tried 2 different times to reach a manager. There apparently is never one there. I threw the burger and fries away as my appetite had vanished. A hair in a burger typically does that to people. After commenting on Facebook about my experience, they apologized, saying they will look into the matter however the person never asked when this was, if I have a receipt, etc how can they look into the matter if they have no idea when this was? Oh and they have never offered to make it right. For that you have lost a customer for life, and likely anyone that I tell as well as people reading this review. Had they made it right, I would have given their business a 2nd chance. Screwing a customer over is bad for business

I have been here several times and enjoy the food. However, bacon that we pay to add to the burger is often forgotten, and I just had a very negative experience when I called in to report the forgotten bacon. Any time I have ever had a sandwich missing bacon at any restaurant, including Wayback in a past experience, I have been placed on on mistake list for a replacement of the sandwich in question next time, seeing as how the sandwich should have been enjoyed with bacon in the first place. Today however, I was offered only the bacon that was forgotten, without the sandwich, plus one more side of bacon...because somehow two sides of bacon with no sandwich is supposed to make up for the sandwich having no bacon. I will not be returning if this is how Wayback chooses to do business. Wendys is more cost effective and has far superior customer service.

This used to be a good burger spot...last three times Ive gone its been awful...Sunday night I went for French fries and onion rings...the fries were greasy soggy as were the onion rings....they used to have awesome fries and onion rings... Also in February I went for a bacon cheeseburger and the meat tasted off..SOUR. I wont be going back...sad..I used to go at least twice a month.. Try Nancys burgers and fries in Salem if youre ever up that way...MAN XLNT

12/2/2013 This is probably my favorite burger place in town. I dont go as often as I like but every time I go, I am satisfied. This last time I got a regular Jake burger, with the works. The meat was nice and juicy and the fries were fresh. I got a chocolate mint ice cream shake to go with it; nice and thick, very minty. Also they have a burger and shake of the month. P-lease! Great place for friends or family. P.S. Beer on tap.

Slow, never get orders right. Been here on multiple occasions. Tried ordering online and they "never got the order". Run by a bunch of teenagers who have no clue what theyre doing, I am sure due to owners not providing adequate training or customer service guidance. This place sucks. Save your money and go to Five Guys. Better food, service and well worth the drive into downtown.

well lets start with the cashier, she talks way too fast to understand her. then all the workers are standing around watching 1 guy cook the food. none of them cleaned tables as they stand around. very very slow service took about almost 15-20 mins for our food. prices are way too high. and just not a fun environment. the food tasted like I just cooked in my backyard.

Food was delicious, but customer service was lacking. My mom accidentally knocked over her milkshake, and even though it had a lid and a straw, it all spilled out over the table. I asked for a towel and the worker sopped it all up, but we were expecting a new milkshake. My mom had only taken about two sips out of it. Was it too much to expect?

The burger isnt thick, however, it tastes as though I just BBQED it in my backyard. The mac and cheese bites and Parm fries are good to but the Gingerbread Eggnog Shakes are out of this world, dynamite, and definitely 2 thumbs up. As for the atmosphere, its pretty good the only thing I would change is turning the radio down a bit.

Wasnt very happy with the cashier, was very rude when taking my order this was my first time here and all I wanted was a single chicken strip for my one year old and she was very rude to tell me she couldnt do it instead she charged me 4.99 for a 4 piece that I didnt want and couldnt get a refund

VERY juicy VERY tasty burger!!!! And Im talking about the beef, not just the toppings and combination. If you like that "crumble in your mouth" burger patty, then this is the place! Good fries and great milk shakes!!!! Worth every penny! Thanks for a delicious dinner Wayback!

I must admit I was very disappointed in their burgers. Kind of reminded me of school lunch. Eugene has several burger joints with much fresher, better quality beef and produce. If your going to only do burgers make sure you use quality ingredients!

Food is of the casual kind, they give you a lot of food for reasonable prices. You can get food delivery via grubhub. Service can be a little bit slow at peak hours. The food is very good and they give you a lot of it for great prices.

The Philly burger with cheese grilled mushrooms and onions was simply good, fresh made burger. We also ordered the O fries, onion rings and fries all of the food was good nice staff and clean place. Id eat here again!

The service wasnt all that great. They got part of the order wrong. The burgers are alright, but nothing fancy. They had some macaroni nugget things that dont taste very good. Over all I was unimpressed.
