Food was so-so. Kids running the place and didnt seem much to care about the service they provided, the food they prepared or the cleanliness of the dining area. Like many other places, when you pay you can put a tip on the bill. Here you pay in advance and I do not tip in advance so I just paid for the food. As I sat waiting for my order, I looked at my charge receipt and noticed that the girl had put her own tip on the bill since I didnt do it for her. Her response when I asked for the money back was very dry and unapologetic, more of an "Oh, you saw that." I wont be darkening their doors again.

Not appetizing. Will not be a repeat customer. The menu items looked/sounded allot better than the actual product my husband and I were served. We order 2 burger meals w/fries plus an extra 3rd burger so we could taste test a variety of things to see what we liked. Along with basic re-heated frozen fries that tasted like burnt cooking oil, all 3 burgers were flat, tasteless, sloppily thrown together and even had the main topping ingredients missing from one of the burgers all together. Over priced for the quality of food they serve. My first time there was a terrible experience.

The fries are like Ore-Ida frozen fries you find at the supermarket. The burgers are sloppy looking. If you dont like the center very pink, make sure you tell them! Im not here to slam the place, just expressing my honest opinion. Today was my first and possibly my last visit. I timed my order. It took them 20 minutes. There was only 1 customer ahead of me. So I dont understand why the long wait. 1 star because front counter was nice. The other star, because I feel sorry for them and ketchup was free.

Me my wife and our kids just ate there we ordered a French fry basket when it came out to us my wife notice a there was a fried bug on one of the French fries we showed one of the employees the French fry and asked for a new order the cook never put a new order in the fryer so my wife spoke to the manager and the employee said oh maybe it was Johnny season when she clearly saw the bug on the French fry not to pleased with the service

Went on a burger crawl sampling many of Tacomas burger joints, but Im sad to say this was second worst. No joke the service was super slow, over ripe bananas all over, but the worst part was how disappointing the burger itself was. And not just the giant chunks of lettuce but the patty itself. Unbelievably thin and tough. More like a burger jerky than a fresh patty.

I have lived in the area for about four years, just tried this place today and wish I would have found it earlier. I have eaten at the competition next door and am kicking myself now knowing i could have been eating the goodness Jubilee is. The fresh simplicity of In and Out mixed with the messy sauciness of Dicks. Affordable, fresh, simple burgers. Awesome.

The new owners are great, friendly, the food is real deal, although they are working to expand the menu the food there is awesome.. The owners come right up speak to you, they are very familiar with the neighborhood and resteraunt history as well. Its nice having owners that actually know what they are doing and can make everyone feel welcome.

The place is dated. Perhaps a good place for the locals but I personally would go out of my way to eat here. The place could do some heavy investing in upgrading their design. Parking is poor. Service is good. The milkshakes are ok. In over all if I have to go out of my way to eat here I wouldnt.

The patty was paper thin. Even a double patty didnt equal to one whole. It taste like you were eating soggy bread. I remember this place before they opened back up, and they were amazing. Even the menu was too small, only had a couple things to chose from. Never eating here again.

Had the double cheese with fries and it was very good! Nice and juicy parties and crispy fries! Fry sauce was good too! The prices are just as good as the food! Id rather eat here than a chain fast-food place any day! Great oldies music is a nice touch too!

Best milkshakes in Tacoma! Made from fresh ingredients, they even have a pineapple shake! Saw fresh pineapples, strawberries, and bananas brought in while we were there. The double double cheese burger was super good! Made fresh when you order.

This place has the BEST ice cream cones. It tastes authentic, not like the frozen whipped cream tasting ice cream McDonalds has. And they give you a huge cone for just a dollar. The food is well priced but the selection isnt huge.

Really good burgers, large bun, exceptional beef patty, thick and juicy. The burger was $6.00 which is great! I would much rather pay for quality and the large portion was perfect for splitting between me and a friend!

I ate here finally after having lived in the area for so long; hamburger and fries were good, not spectacular, but the milkshakes are top notch. Loved the strawberry one I had, it was so delicious.

Im confused by the people who say these burgers are thick. Mine was tiny! Like thinner than a peppermint Patty! And I paid over $3 for it. Literally worth like 75 cents.

Since coming under new management Jubilee Hamburgers is one of the best hamburgers you can get in Tacoma. Try the Smitty Burger and the fries!
