It takes a lot of doing to get a 1-star rating from me. Im just not that picky. But Im afraid Giant Burger put a lot of effort into getting down to 1-star. First, the atmosphere is horrible. There is a video gambling section right behind a partition. My wife was too scared to use the restroom based on the general feel of the joint. While we were there, the folks at the table next to us had their car window smashed and stuff stolen out of their car. When I go to dinner with my wife, Im not really looking for smoking, gambling, and stealing. The same folks that had their car broken into reported to the waitress that their burger was undercooked. The waitress mentioned that they had someone new on the grill. At this point I should have just run out the door. Instead I switched our order to take-out. After a while we received order and we took our burgers home. My Inferno Burger was just about raw. Its on the range in a frying pan as I type this. The fries were limp and saturated with oil, having apparently been cooked at too low of a temperature. I fed half the soggy french fries to the dog. Apparently they poured the peppers out of a jar onto my hamburger bun, which was soaked like they had dipped it in water. I really love the idea of a gourmet burger joint with huge portion sizes. But Giant Burger has crushed that dream. Im typing this to help me remember to stay away.

First off I've been here before but it had been awhile and I mean it was never the cleanest or safest area it always had a good burger, cheap and awesome service. A couple days ago I went... the chick was hardly paying attenton to us while she took our order, gave us our food (50mins later),then finally we stood infront of the cashier which didn't even notice us there right in front of her as she was just spacing off until I pretended to clear my throat after atleast 5 minutes of us right in front of her trying to pay for what had been the most awful food I've ever had with plenty of hair in the burger...she then over charged us for things we didn't order... sliding my debt card. I said something. Then she was all confused as what to do, I just said give me the difference in cash. I just wanna get out of here! But no... she had totry and void the last charge... she couldn't even understand what void meant so her boss came over and it was like how many dumbies does it take to get your money back! Finally they think they did something but instead today when I look at my bank balance they charged me twice! But since she refused to give me both reciptes I now get the plevege of going back and trying to sort it out with idiots!

Im a bit blown away by the reviews. Theres a sign when you first walk in, it reads "Seat Yourself" and I do. Its tiny, like a dozen tables... of course theres only two waitresses. This is a burger joint... its going to be greasy. Yes, its a bit spendy... if you want cheap burgers, fries, and a shake... go to McDonalds. The bathroom is a bit awkward, but it was clean and it worked. Ive never had the fries, so I cant comment. I always get the chips and theyre OMG perfect. Crisp and crunchy but not hard. The burgers are greasy as hell and I kind of hate soggy bread, so I tend to hold mine, from start to finish, so that the grease drips into my basket. The shakes are spendy, but delish. The menu offers some really interesting burgers and Im pretty sure my fiancé is determined to try them all. Its always a little clowded... sometimes a little loud. And ya might have to wait a minute for a refill, but staff has always been friendly and seemed to be trying their best... maybe Im just not a jerk... I give 4 stars... cuz Im an optimist... every thing can be better.

Clearly these two people have little knowledge on food. These "REAL french fries" that Brandy is talking DONT exist. They are crinkle cut fries...so if you like pre-frozen french fries youll probably love these guys. You cant make fresh crinkle cut fries...the time it would take to manage that would be out standing. So if you know a place that can manage it, SHOW me. The service does suck like the person at the bottom said. Basically ignored my wife, daughter and I. The meat is basic ground beef you can get at winco. Its not even grilled or anything special. Just cooked on a flat top. If your a easily impressed eater and dont mind spending $8 or $10 for ONE meal go here.....for those who want cheaper, better food, better atmosphere, better service, and maybe even glass of home made root beer.....right down the street is a place called "Fins Drive In". Thats the place you want.

WOW!!!!!! What is up with the daytime waitress/manager?? She acted like she was so busy. There was only maybe 3 tables including the one I was sitting at. She yelled at the cook. Saying things that were not appropriate for the customers to hear. And so disorganized. She brought food out to the wrong tables, and I was never offered any refills on my soda. I thought that was rude for the price we paid for them. We sat for a long time waiting for her to come and see if everything was ok. Never offered us a box for our leftovers and never brought us our ticket. She spent alot of time on the phone. I wanted to mention that the food was pretty greasy the frys were really soggy and our burger was definitely not worth the price. I am sorry but they need to make her the dishwasher and not the waitress. I wont be back. I will be telling my friends.

First Visit was awesome. The shakes were unbelievable. We were expecting a cup and straw and instead received a wonderfully delicious, old fashioned tall glass of taste bud tickling ice cream and fudge with whipped cream and a cherry. The burgers were home made and so juciy and delicious, it was almost heaven. We added the jo-jos fries, which were well balanced in their spices. We also tried the Irish chips. The au-ju sauce soaked chips simply blew our minds. Each was so good, we had a hard time deciding which to work on first. We also enjoyed the service. The waitress was so friendly and helpful in explaining the items on the menu. Her efforts made our experience comfortable and pleasant. The atmosphere was very pleasant with the 80s music mix. We certainly look forward to our next visit.

I went in yesterday to give it a try. It said "seat yourself" but I quickly realize even though the restaurant wasnt even half full every table was stacked with dirty dishes. I asked to use the restroom and was met with eye rolling as the waitress left messages and yelled at other staff about being out of receipt paper. Another lady came out and I figured wed finally be able to get a seat, but then she just began to say "you guys take out, because were out of fry sauce and Ive got to go make it" I finally walked out apparently they wernt interested in cleaning tables and seating customers. When customers are given nasty attitudes and told about all of the restaurant issues and not allowed to use a restroom before they can even glance at a menu they obviously didnt care to get my business
