Went through the drive through and ordered two BBQ Bacon Whopper meals and a salad. I was charged over $30 for the order, even after I asked her to verify the order and that there was only two meals, as Ive never spent over $25 at a BK. I was handed the receipt and sure enough it said three meals and a salad, not two. I would later discover that I received two drinks, two fries, and three burgers. I mentioned that there were three meals on the receipt and she had me run into the building since there was a line. Understandable. After explaining to the dude behind the counter that I was charged for three meals and only received two and that I originally only wanted two, he turns around and grabs a burger and hands it to me. Woah! Did I say I needed an extra burger? I explained that I was over charged, he finally understood. He said the other girl helping me at the drive-thru would be with me shortly to fix it. Five minutes later (because the other guy I guess couldnt do it) came back, grabbed my receipt, and voided it. She said, "Okay, youre all set." Im like, "So do I get money back?" "Itll go back on your card," she said. "Uhh, I gave you cash.", I said, and she looked confused, but then went and refunded all my money. So I essentially got about $22 worth of food for free. Overall, I rate my experience as a great one at the end of the day when I came out ahead and eventually took care of their customer. Im still mad they got rid of the Carolina Whopper though.

Horrible. I bought a hamburger late at night. Instead of cooking one, they fished out out that had been stored for "probably" hours. It tasted funny and when I got home I became sick. This was about 10 years ago. A few years after that incident, I decided to give them a try. Again I got sick right after eating the hamburger. In my opinion, they cook these up ahead of time and let them sit too long so bacteria can build up. I havent had the nerve to try them again, and shall not.

07/20/17 Second visit a year later. Same bad service and very dirty. Girl at counter was impatient and short. Short handed and slow. Manager was having issues with a very slow employee with an attitude which was reflected back by the manager who was obviously flustered. She was doing her best to keep a smile and good service but it was forced and uncomfortable for the customers. Order was not correct at all but I didnt want to bother her further.

I was about to drop by and get a burger but as I was driving up to the building leaving Target, the BurgerKing was closed and dark a cone even blocked the drive though. I dont have a restaurant background but Im thinking if theyve had as many problems as Ive heard about, time to start over or maybe look at how employees are food handler trained.. I enjoy this brand of fast food but Im saddened they are struggling.

This place cant get an order right. Every time I order something threw drivethrew and add something to the burger they get it wrong. I call to let them know and they say they will replace the order I go in and they get it wrong again even when they repeat it back to you. Just aint with the time to complain they just get it wrong again. Dont recommend burger king in Wilsonville at all either end of Wilsonville.

There was a guy that looked to be in charge telling everyone what to do. But he was telling them in a manner that I know I would not want to be treated. Like the cashier looked away for a sec and he would say "pay attention " like three times he said that to her. Both my wife and I felt bad for her and the other employees I can understand that times get harder when its busy but no need for

Excellent experience. We stopped by for lunch went through the drive thru. The manager took care of our order he was super friendly and helpful. He also let us know the onion rings were very hot and to be careful as not to burn our mouth. We had whopper juniors and onion rings they were perfect very fresh food. Best ever. Thank you,

I came here for breakfast at 9 and the dining area was fairly clean and empty, love it empty, I get the whole place to enjoy my breakfast with peace and quietness. The cashier was polite and friendly. I like all. The manager is nice and appreciative to his employees. Thats a good thing. Keep on doing a great job.

It says its open until midnight, but there were cones put up blocking the drive thru and two employees were out front smoking cigarettes. Not sure if they wanted to get one more cig in or what, but after not being able to get food, that was a one star visit.

Upon receiving my order, my food was cold. The establishment is not clean. Floors are sticky and bathrooms need to be maintained. This place is close to I-5 freeway. Very easy to get to when grabbing a quick bite to eat but the establishment is very poor.

Today I went to this Burger King and they are just terrible and untrustworthy. They forgot one simple little thing a large fire and they didnt bother to stop me. Maybe they dont really care about their customers. They should really change their ways.

Burger King hasnt created anything truly original in years - and have sadly sunk to my last choice in fast food. This particular location is just fine, though - clean, friendly and fast.

For a burger king theyre ok. Its the closest one to my work and so we go often. They usually get our order right.
