The manager has to tell the kids working there a play by play of what they needed to. We ordered a hamburger with onion and we didnt get onion and the same thing with tomato. We got two kids meals and got the drinks that comes with the meal so the manager told the worker girl to rip the coupons off the kids meal bag. Which took forever and she took forever to bag the food i have seen turtles move quicker. This has been the same way every time we have gone there so we decided to go to a dq 15 minutes farther instead of going here its ridiculous

They have very poor customer service and are very rude. They dont know how to take an order and when you asked for it to be fixed the girl making the food just rolls her eyes and gets mad. The store was a mess like it hadnt been clean all day. Also when I asked for ice they lady was very rude and was like there getting some now. The worst place to go ever. I think everyone should stay away. If you cant be nice to customers than member you should think about getting a new job because if it wasnt for customers going there you would have a job.

Horrible, horrible customer service the manager is just completly rude. Got a small oreo royal blizzard. Ate half trying to find the chocolate in the middle. Turns out they gave him a regular oreo blizzard but still charged us for the royal. So went back in to get it re made because of there miatake. And then she says since its half gone that she will only make it a mini trust me after many years in the customer service field i know customers come first obviosly this lady needs training asap. Zero stars in my mind absolutly rediculous...

Went through the drive thru, took probably 6 or 7 minutes for three cars, cant complain. They need to retrain their order takers though, no greeting and she kept interrupting and trying to rush me even though I havent been to DQ in ages so I just needed a little bit of time. She ignored me at the window until she told me my total then continued to ignore me. I work fast food and I know it really isnt that complicated to just smile and have patience. Food was fresh and warm though.

The server rudely asked me what I was going to order before opening the bathroom door, like I was some kind of criminal. The bathroom was disgusting, btw, with mold and overflowing trash cans and garbage all over the floor. The icecream was runny and was served in smaller portions than any of the other DQs Ive been too, and they very visibly burnt a portion of our meal. Please go to any other DQ, the standards here are dramatically lower than the other DQ establishments.

Horrible. I dont know why I continue to buy food here. You better believe 95% of the time something is going to not make it in the bag. My orders are not even large. Usually it is only a bag. You would think they could do a simple job of placing all the food in the bag. Especially since your average wait time for your order is about ten minutes every time. These are the idiots who want to be payed $15 dollars an hour. Last time I ever eat here.Idiots.

It was the dirtiest DQ I have EVER been to. The service was beyond poor. Had hair in gravy, which was so old it was separated. The other chicken basket had 6 fries 3pieces of chicken old gravy & no toast. Blizzard wasnt what we ordered & they argued it was. The cashier was new but still didnt explain our service we received. The 3rd meal had hair on the burger. Needs to be visited by health inspector. Shut the place down.

this is the worst dq i have ever been to...i shouldnt have to threaten to call the cops over a medical cell phone for a 6 yr old little disable boy!!i will be making sure she looses her job!i have never been treated sooo poorly at any place..people skills are the key and these high school girls arent going to make anyone come back to this location!i recommend going across town to the other d q!!this place is a dive!

Just finished spending 30 minutes in the Dairy Queen line to see only 3 people working (very hard). There is only two hot months out of the year in Washington state and you would think management would plan accordingly and staff accordingly... those girls looked overworked and they are certainly underpaid.

Ordered my sons birthday cake 4 days in advance and called to let them know I was on my way only to hear "in sorry weve been busy and the cake maker didnt make your cake" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? No on called to even tell me! I even called 2 hours after the time they said it would be ready.... NEVER AGAIN

Had $5.00 lunch with burger and fries. Wanted to upgrade to onion rings would not allow this. Hamburger is average. Ice cream was not as creamy as some locations. Would go to other Auburn location as the food and service seem better there. Maybe just an off day.

Normal DQ food, but sometimes they overcook the chicken strips. Often theres a long wait for the chicken strip basket. Great strawberry banana Juliuses, though!
