I love writing reviews for chain restaurants... Even been in a Qdoba? This is one those. They serve the same stuff at the same quality. I happen to like that, and prefer Qdoba over Chipotle, but thats just me. Their nacho cheese here is brilliant, and a constant threat to my efforts to lose weight, especially since they agree with my theory that, if youre going to charge someone $3 for nachos in addition to their burrito, you should load up both chips and cheese to satisfy an army. The burritos are great too. Ive never been disappointed with a meal in any Qdoba, and this place has kept the streak alive. The only reason they dont get five-stars is that theres nothing really exceptional about the place. Its the same as ever Qdoba ever. With is fine. Good even, but I wouldnt travel out of my way to eat at this one over the one across the street from where I work...

This is probably the best Qdoba i have ever been to. The staff is very nice and ive never had to wait more than a minute or two for them to start making my food. One employee is especially great at her job, going above and beyond in customer service and friendliness and every time I am there we have conversations in which she is very genuine and makes me feel more like a friend than a customer! I cant remember her name but I know she has stretched ears and dark hair, she should be given a raise! Seriously she is the main reason I consider this to be the best Qdoba, every other location the workers all seem like they hate their jobs - ESPECIALLY THE MILL CREEK LOCATION!!! - but not here, its always a positive attitude and so much focus is given on outstanding customer service!

I had a bad experience with the current manager there i used to work in this restaurant before and it was always clean I recently applied again and was hired but in my current job I was able to get extra hours so I didnt need it anymore so I called to let them know and it was awfully not nice I got yelled out instead of consideration for letting them know ahead of time my starting date she said I was unprofessional but I think she is the one not being professional for yelling and talking like if was nothing good luck eating there not to talk down because I love Qdobas food but seriously their restaurant needs help bad.

Am I rating the food or the location? Food: Ive yet to find a menu item I dont like. To me, salsa makes the Mexican food and while the meat may not have the boldest of flavor, their salsas can make anything shine. 5 stars to me. Location: Not the best location Ive been too. Parking is a little annoying with very few dedicated spots. The staff was mostly nice but obviously not having a good time. Table could have used a quick while down, but nothing severe. Soda machine was out of Dr. Pepper

So I come here often and usually deal with the attitude of the woman working late night but today I came here during lunch time and was shocked. I was watching one of the employees checking the temperature of the chicken and another employee needed help, as he walked to go help her he dropped the thermometer for the chicken on the floor, when he was back, he just picked it it up and continued using it to check the chicken without cleaning it. Please teach your employees about hygiene.

This Qdoba is awesome. I find myself going here on a weekly basis. Its always so delicious and adding meat to an order is painless and cheap compared to the teeth-pulling experience at Chipotle. The staff is friendly. One employee in particular by the name of Ashley always goes above and beyond to provide excellent and friendly service. GONNA BE GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR A LONG WHILE BECAUSE OF HER.

This place was horrible the staff was not very friendly and the food was to Spicy or to salty also I needed warm water for my 6mo old daughters bottle and their was no got water in the building they said they would have to boil some. I work in a restaurant as well and know by state law u have to have hot water in yr building especially for hand washing procedures. Wont be back.

Wow, just had the worst experience Ive ever had at a Qdoba at this location. The lady who made my meal took no care in preparing it and showed little no interest in my requests for the meal. No thank you was said and not once did she smile. Horrendous customer service. The place and her appearance was very unkempt. Ill be avoiding this one for a while.

Ive been in the service industry for about 17 years and Ive seen some pretty disgusting places. This place was one of the most disgusting restaurants Ive ever walked into. I could not believe that it was a corporate store as the girl told me. This makes me have no faith in this disgusting Corporation. Boycott Qdoba

This place is usually good, but the last few visits I have been disappointed. They seemed understaffed, were out of several key menu items and the place was pretty dirty. There was trash on the floor in the dining room and couldnt find a clean table. Soda machine was also broken for all non carbonated options.

I have somehow avoided Qdoba before now. Why? No clue. I could get drunk and eat this for dayssss though. The service was wonderful! The woman who helped us was engaging and funny and gave me a mountain of cheese. Love it. Will definitely be back. :)

The fountain drink machine was a disappointment because there are only limited drinks to choose and if you wanted soda, you will have to get a bottled beverage. Other than that, the food and service were reasonable except the fountain drink machine.

If I wrote this review a few months ago it would have been a 4 or 5 star review. Lately this location seems to be out of AT LEAST a few ingredients every time I go. Not sure why they are having such a bad inventory problem.

I dont think this one (Redmond) is being well managed. They were out of queso. The ice maker was not working properly. The napkin dispenser was empty. Another customer complained that her chicken was burnt.

Best Mexican restaurant with vegetarian options. Love it. Staff are cool and clean place to enjoy your food. Try yourself to explore options! Not that costly. Order online and pick-up your food.
