Absolutely garbage location !!! After assuming I want it toasted they had to remove the meat from the bread than heat iup !!! After the o e part u cant screw up the condiments ! She proceeded to wrap gte sandwich and crush it to the point t it fell apart while eating !! Then to Top it off she tries to act like I didnt see the giant aigne saying the price for the daily combo tried charging me standard $ then when given my change it was sloppily tossed in my hand. Im glad my hard earn money is worthy of a thank u here is your change !!! Maybe if I spoke the same language as what they were all talking behind the food line or plaing loudly in the back room !

The worst customer service ever! Super rude and awful attitude. Bad sandwich making skills, how hard can it be?! They cant even place cheese the right way! The woman who made my two sandwiches threw check on the sub and didnt even move them to me. I had to reach over the counter to grab my subs. I am shocked how I was treated and will never go back to this location. Wow, just wow!

Helpful hint... If your in bellevue and hungry NEVER go to the subway on 148th!! Went there last month, got billed twice. My bank called and was hung up on, I called and was hung up on. They wont refund me even after the owner found the reciept, error, saw my bank statement and called my bank. Been a month now. HORRIBLE BUSINESS FYI

I dont know why I come back. Every time I come here I am disappointed. They skimp on the olives, pickles etc. Customer service is not very good, very rushed and impersonal. Purchased a double chopped salad for the first time the other day and couldnt find the chicken! I paid over 8 dollars for a bowl of lettuce.

They ripped me off. I paid 10$ for my sandwich which I thought was weird because its usually less but paid anyway.... after I paid the lady behind me (who had an even more complex sandwich) paid only 6$ for hers.... extremely upset over the fact that the employees made me pay an amount that they made up

I hate that this is the only subway near my work. Under staffed with a bunch of people who hate their jobs and consistently give you attitude. I understand that people have bad days, but give me a break. Worst Subway Ive ever been to.

They carry gluten-free bread here! I love that I can have sub sandwiches again. Employees were nice but made foot-long when I had asked for 6-inch. The sandwiches were tasty.

Just check your bank transaction if you are using your credit card. They double charged me - same amount twice! BEWARE! I am contacting my bank now. Not a good experience!

You can get pretty standard subs here with excellent $5 foot long deals from time to time. I love the tuna and meatball subs.
