We had to wait in line roughly 20 minutes in the drive through when there were only 3 cars in front of us. When we got to the window and were handed our two mini blizzards, one regular the other royal, both handed were melted, regular, and the server did even bother to flip them upside down because she knew theyd just fall to the concrete. When we went in to get new ones and complain, they werent as melted, and one was regular the other royal...the regular one wasnt the one I asked for, reseese instead of brookie.

We went there today and the lady who was taking our order through the drive threw was rude she kept slamming the drive through window made us wait for 5 minutes with out our drinks even and then we she finally gave us our food she grab a hand full of napkins shoved them in the bag all mushed up and slammed the door again. We didnt even get boxes for our 5 buck lunches and they were spilt all over in the bag. My family wont go here again

Live right across the street from this dairy Queen so me and my fiance are always getting the 5$ lunches. Best deal on the mountain honestly. Customer service here is always great but they tend to be a little on the slower side when your ordering inside but they bust out the drive thru pretty good. All in all Ill always be a customer there.

I ordered my food and payed. The girl behind the counter who took my money proceeded to make my good without washing her hands. I instantly told then if she continues I would like a refund. If their employees dont wash their hands after taking money from a customer than the rest of the store cant be any better!

Probably the only DQ Ive ever been to that wasnt at least decent. Its really the only stop around Mt Hood if youre starving so I usually, reluctantly, stop there. Youre better off waiting (if traveling north on 26) until you hit Gresham, unless you like cold food and snotty teenage employees.

Literally the best burger I have ever had from a DQ. Im not sure how they cooked their burgers there but it tasted as if they actually cooked over an open wood fire. Or maybe I was just super hungry.

Its a Dairy Queen, not much a dairy queen but you can get a treat. Its COLD inside and the staff is always... weird. Service is slow with no smile.
