Went in November 19th, 2014 around 4:15pm. Terrible service! This is not the first time I have had bad service at this location. But it will be my last. I asked for extra green peppers and she wasnt happy about it either.I asked for a foot long and if I could get some jalapenos on the side as I was going to share the sandwich with my child. They would not by any means put them on the side for me. I asked if she could throw some in a cookie paper bag. She said absolutely not. She threw the jalapenos back and made sure I saw that she was upset and annoyed. She had a horrible attitude and did not greet us when we came in. Watch out for the short, overweight Hispanic! The other girl who was also there didnt seem to care either about what was going on. I asked for the managers number and she gave me a number that went to someones home. Worst customer service ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and drive to another location.

Horrible service. Staff is always super rude and they act like its an inconvenience everytime we come in. Ive given it tons of chances but Everytime I go its just horrible. Also, they dont participate in the promotions which is kinda lame. Eventhough we live like 2 blocks from this location we prefer to drive 10 minutes to the factoria location just because the service is so much better. I feel bad being harsh but Im posting this hoping to detour people from having a bad experience and hopefully this will get to the owner somehow.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Totally disrespectful staff threw my 9 year olds pizza into the oven because she was annoyed that I said it was still frozen and it needed to be cooked some more. She definitely was angry and she let me know it. Manager really needs to talk to the workers and tell them they need to treat customers with respect. Terrible! Will never go back to this subway EVER. Ill drive the extra mile to the one on 8th street.

Not so impressed. While my waistline can benefit from reduced fatty meat consumption, I dont appreciate paying for a certain amount of meat in a sandwich and getting 90% of that. At the register, youre promised either a receipt or a cookie. I was allowed neither. When I asked today, for either one, I got attitude. I think most folks are better served by visiting another Subway location. Theres several in Bellevue.

I want more veggies in my sandwich. I wonder if subway has a rule on the limit of vegetables on a subway. I want my sandwich to have a decent amount of veggie but all they put in my footlong sandwich is 3 slices of cucumbers, 3 slices of tomatoes, a very thin layer of lettuce and other stuffs. I asked if i can have some more lettuce and the lady stopped smiling and she put some more in unwillingly.

Will not go back to this franchise location ever again - poor customer service, cold subs (ordered hot subs), poor quality foods and they didnt want to give me more than a tiny bit of vegetables on either sub. Do not go there, any of the other locations in downtown Bellevue are far superior, and are worth the extra minute or two to drive to them.

Not sure about the negative reviews/ low ratings of this Subway. I know the owners and theyre such a sweet couple! Employees here are also great! Ive been a patron to this store for the past 3 years, and in some cases I will eat lunch or dinner here, at least, 3 - 4 times a week!

This location picks and chooses when/if they want to honor a promotional text. Theyve successfully applied these promos before, but then claim "corporate never sent them the promo button" whenever they dont want to be bothered with saving the customer a couple bucks.

Extremely frustrating experience. Ordered online, and order was not in the system. Had to wait 30 mins for owner to decide to honor the paid order with receipt in hand. Sandwiches were done without the correct ingredients. Do not recommend this location.

I had to point out to the employee that their vegetables were brown and looked old. Not just the lettuce but onions and others. Real dirty location, very unfavorable. I like Subway and will chose another Bellevue location to dine.

Awesome customer service best I have ever had at a subway in a long time. Very clean friendly, been going there for awhile now get free cookie every now and then. Everyone there is so happy and always got a smile on their faces☺️

Nice Service. However they need to get their doors and other appliances back up to speed. Listening to an ear-piercing sound every time the door closed was far from pleasant eating inside. Please ensure all Subways are updated.
