Im not the type of person that goes the extra mile to do a review. BUT today I feel the need to. I went through the drive thru and was very indecisive because I cant eat meat. The woman was extremely helpful and so kind and patient with me. I find it rare to engage with workers in fast food, and it was refreshing to be treated that way. So thank you! I thought my meal was a little pricey, but I am currently eating my burrito happily because the portions are great! Whoever made it did an excellent job as well. Not a typical skimpy burrito. So yummy! I am very surprised with the service overall and I wish I knew the name of the lady who worked in the drive through so I could thank her again.

What happened to the sour cream / ranch here? That was what separated Taco Time from other taco places. Been a long time customer at PNW TTs for many years. Montana has TTs, but they use what tastes like Hidden Valley ranch, so theyre not all that good. I leave for 2 months and come back to it no longer tasting the same. And apparently everyone has been confused all these years that the sour cream ranch exists. Because according to the person I spoke with today at this location, its always been either sour cream OR ranch. All I know is its NOT the same as it used to be. Such a bummer.

I passed through the.drive thru and once I completed my order and got to the window this older lady was was there to receive my cash and I said "hows it going" and she just looked the other way and did not said a word! Rude Azs Bit *h! And when I.was waiting for my food I was looking around at the drive thru window area and there.ceiling tiles were nasty dirty with a lot of dust build up! Hopefully none of that crap fell in my food!

I dont have a problem with the place.The one Thing that Bugs the hell of me is those DAMN CHEAP LAME STRAWS.... Every time I get a STRAW Its Always CRACKED OR BROKEN. Um Hello, its Time to DUMPED THE OLD STRAWS OUT & GET The NEW STRAWS THOSE THINGS COULD CUT YOUR MOUTH.

You would think that they would clean off the tables. They certainly have enough people working there to keep it clean, but I guess its too much trouble. We had to get napkins and some water from the machine and wipe it down ourselves

Never a bad experience here at Taco Time. Who doesnt love Tots and Tacos??!! The employees are always friendly and make sure the order is right... Fast and Fresh! I do miss the Sweet potatoe Tots. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK ;)
