I have been to Olive Gardens before but this one here is far the best in customer service our waiter was the bomb very attentive energetic and funny. I forgot reminding the waiter that I was allergic to onions he brought us this beautiful salad full of onions and he gladly took it back he even went to the manager and told him that I was allergic and the manager came and informed me of the other foods that had onions in it. the situation was resolved in minutes and the food was so good and filling. What a great customer experience. I really want to thank the waiter and I told him I was going to put them in this review but unfortunately I forgot his name what a great waiter. But the managing know who is so please tell him thank you for the great service. Disclaimer we had a designated driver smile

2017-07-30 wow I have to give a 5 star for the food and service, today. We called ahead and made our reservation, we were seated maybe 15 minutes after arriving, we were seated in a part of the restaurant where a big table and round table seated all 13 of us, the lady waitress was really nice, food and service were good. 2017-04-08 Saturday a little before 6pm, sat us down immediately, no wait at all, even when we left, not many were waiting in line, we ordered immediately, ate quickly, paid and left, thats our preference. Salad was not the best, lady waitress was nice, few pieces of chicken in chicken Alfredo, lot of shrimp in shrimp Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs were good.

This Olive Garden was great! My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday evening and were seated promptly. Our food came out very quickly and tasted great. Our sever was Hannah and she was excellent! She was very friendly and made sure we always enjoyed our food and had enough to drink (and enough breadsticks). When we mentioned that we were from out of town and staying at a hotel, Hannah offered to get us drinks to go to take back, which was an incredibly kind gesture. This Olive Garden also features outdoor seating, which is something I havent seen before but would love to take advantage of one day.

The restaurant smelled as soon as we hit the front door. I think its time to change out the mop heads and have the air conditioning units checked. The waiting area needs the a/c vents cleaned and the walls, ceiling and trim need painting. Our waiter was very nice and attentive to our table. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. But the owner needs to give this place some TLC. Im quite sure he/she is making enough money from people living, working and visiting the area. Especially on the weekends. I gave it a 3 star because of the smell and cleanliness.

We did not have to wait for a table and our waitress was very nice but the food was disgusting. I got the soup and salad. The salad was decent (its hard to mess up the salad) but the soup (Pasta e Fagioli) was not appetizing at all. It tasted as though someone squirted ketchup in my bowl of vegetables and pasta. Someone else in our party ordered a pizza which was burnt on the bottom which made it not fun to eat. Most of the food came out cold. By far the worst Olive Garden that I have ever been to.

Ive only ever been to Olive garden twice in my life and I wasnt impressed. The first time I went, I was disappointed with much of the hype I had heard, so I decided to give it a second chance. Not a good decision. The food was okay, but the establishment itself was filthy. It was hard to enjoy a meal with my arms sticking to the table and being waited on by a man who appeared to be quite grimy with dirt under his fingernails.

This is by far the best Olive Garden I have ever been to. I ordered online and didnt customize my order properly. When I picked up my order and realized my mistake the manager fixed it immediately and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. Service was very good and everyone was very friendly. I will gladly drive the extra distance to frequent this particular store.

My experience was a little disappointing. Ive always enjoyed my visits. We waited over 15 mins just for our waiter to acknowledge us and take our drink order. He apologized for not coming sooner even though he looked at our table (or passed it) over 3 times. The food was hot but lacked flavor especially the iconic breadsticks. Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful meal at the Olive Garden in Williamsburg today, Soup and Salad. The soup was hot and delicious, the salads was fresh and plenty. Our server was friendly and kept our soup and salad coming and our water glasses full. We go there quite often when in Williamsburg and love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up!! Our 18U Venom Volleyball team took home 1st place gold tonight. Someone (cough...coach) had a great idea of going to Olive Garden on Valentines. We called ahead for a seating of 25! It was an amazing experience! Thank you for making their day end with you! Could not have been any better.

Service is ok. Our server was straight from the getto. She had to many tables and could not keep up. We waited a long time for our drinks and food.. other got there food quicker than we did. My lasagna was burnt on the bottom and hard to chew. Very few beer on tap and beer selection sub par.

Great place to eat! Im a local and love to come eat. Food is always amazing and staff excellent. Super nice GM, only negative thing I could say is hostess Bethany has no personality. Should maybe work in back of house, doesnt seem like a people person. Other than that AMAZING !

Katie was an excellent server. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and even made sure my meal was served at the same time as my husbands soup. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. All of the staff was friendly. Enjoyed our lunch. Thank you.

Angela was an amazing server. She is so nice and so great with kids. My daughter (one and a half) started fussing and she came over with stickers and saved the day. I was able to eat my amazing food in peace while my daughter played.

We have been to this place 4 times and it is busy every time. We had to leave because the wait was too long one time. The staff is always friendly and the food is very good!!! It became the place to go when we visit the Busch Gardens.

Paid $9.79 for 6 thinly slices of parm sprinkled zucchini. At that rate a large zucchini would go for thirty bucks. Was only half cooked. Was appetizer but was brought to table after ebtree was served. WILL NOT GO AGAIN !
