1st visit to this location was very disappointed. Waitress brought drinks to us and spilled a beer all over my wifes pants. Which was very upsetting considering we had a appointment in 1hr, which meant we had to leave without eating and hurry back home to change. Manager Tyra gave us a $25.00 for are troubles and said it would have been more except we didnt order anything. So that was the 2nd disappointment condsidering we didnt even get that far in the process, so I asked for the General Manager. General Manager Elie, was not in, Tyra told us to call in the morning to speak with him. I spoke with Elie and he was very concerned and apologetic. He offered to a free dinner to my family courtsey of him and again apologized for the service we received. We will be returning for our free meal and hopefully change our Thoughts about this location.

Pros: -Food is good -Bread sticks are warm and tasty -Price is reasonable (spent $72 for three adults) -Location is close to Laurel, Ft. Meade, Glen Burnie and Baltimore Cons: - New Management (Woody) Woody stopped by the table, leaned in and said "How we doing over here" coincidentally only after he noticed several tables were freezing cold and were asking to be moved to another area. -The AC is way too cold! ❄️Two tables seated in a booth near the bar asked to be moved. We didnt want to cause a scene so we froze through our meal. We did mention to our waitress that its freezing and she replied "yeah" and laughed.

Food was great at a great price. I love the atmosphere of olive garden but this one did not offer us the sample of wine and we packed our own leftovers. All the ones Ive been to has packed our food for us and given us a sample of wine. Also we ended up having to ask the bar for to go bags bc the waiter was taking forever to come back even though there were only two tables left in his assignment. We were a party of two but they sat us at a large table for six so we could barely hear to talk bc it was in the bar area. Other than that good visit... the food compensated for the so so service.

Ive been here two days in a row now!! The Mussels are an absolute must have! The marinara sauce they are cooked in is simply delicious! Today I got the ravioli (very good) and we got to take one home for free. The service on both days was EXCELLENT! Jonathan was so friendly with a great smile. He made good suggestions and was very knowledgable of the menu. I loved his personality. Today, I have Rose and she is energetic and humerous. Her service was superb and quick. Ill be requesting these two on my future visits. This is a very good Olive Garden to visit.

Went here for lunch and the food was terrible. I got the lunch Alfredo and spent $8 and they gave my this little tiny bowl that had like nothing in it and I could tell the pasta was just reheated in the microwave because the sauce was separated. Was veary gross and not edible. Also my dad got the lasagna and he got even less food for $9. The breadsticks where hard and the salad was half onions and some lettuce that was starting to turn brown. Called to talk to the manager and he was super rude about the entire situation.

Da italiano posso dire che i prezzi sono buoni ma il cibo non è buono. Qui sanno preparare soltanto pasta , spaghetti e ravioli. Ma insalate, manzo pollo e dolci non sono cucinati così in Italia. Non è un buon ristorante.

Great food and service as always. I havent met a disappointing Olive Garden yet! Our waitress was wonderful and professional. There was a guest at another table who just "Could not believe an Italian restaurant ran out of tortellini" and wouldnt leave it alone. He was loud enough for the whole section to hear. It was very busy on a Saturday night. Kudos to the waitress who took the large table and sympathized with the guest. True customer service right there. They dont get enough thanks for all their hard work.

I called to order my god Togo and the woman on the other end was not only rude when answering, she hung up on me in the middle of my order. I called back and she claimed to say she couldnt hear me at all....yet half my order was already taken, not once did she say she was having trouble hearing me. Once I was finished with my order she gave me my total and hung up before I can say "thank you" or "how long will it take for my food to be ready" the worst service Ive ever recieved at an Olive Garden.

Food was nasty they didnt cook my Alfredo noodles all the way sum were dried up n hard. The entire dish was super dry and waiter gave me the wrong noodles. The monzerella were not crispy Lik how I get them at other locations, and there orange Calabrian chicken was overcooked fried to hard. wasnt even orange Lik the picture. Waiter was nowhere b found half the time and never got my childs drink and never gave refill on any my sodas. I get better service at other locations will never go there again

It wasnt very memorable. To be honest, the waiter was not able to understand English, he skimped on the breadsticks, he barely came around, and he never refilled my bfs water until finally we asked when he eventually showed up. Also, in general, the music was WAY too loud to hear anything my boyfriend said to me from 2 feet away. I felt really unwelcomed here and despite the fact that I love their food, I think they need a better staff and atmosphere.

This place is new and nice, but there are a handful of issues that need to be worked out. The servers seem to struggle with their knowledge of the menu and none of the multiple servers who attempted to serve us seemed to have prior serving experience. It took us 2hrs to get our food for a party of 10. This isnt all that uncommon for a busy restaurant with a large party, but this was our worst OG experience.

Being seated in the restaurant was pretty quick. Getting someone over to the table was a little bit worst about five minutes before someone even came over to ask me if I want something to drink. The salad came to the table it had some brown leaves in the salad which is a little bit disgusting. Thats one reason for a loss and the server was a little too lazefair for me.

One of the better Olive Gardens in the area. This large restaurant has fast and attentive service, rarely a long wait outsider of Friday and Saturday night. The food always comes very hot and they are quick to refill soda, soups and bread sticks as needed. Im not sure if its the whole chain or just this location, but I have seen an improvement in the past year.
