My experience at Noodles & Company has been nothing but excellent every time I visit. The General Manager Mikal and his team, are very professional, accurate and fast. I eat there twice a month, and every time I am greeted with warmth, a smile, and at times I am asked how my day was by Mikal. With that being said, due to my excellent service, I needed to prepare for an all day meeting for managers and their lunch, and I decided on Noodles & Company. I was excited to know that they now have catering service. When ordering, I first spoke with James who was very patient and pleasant over the phone. James then connected me to Mikal to finish up my order and to give me the ok for my special request, which was for the food to be delivered to our place of business. Noodles & Company does not deliver, however; Mikal kindly delivered the food personally and helped to set up the food as well. The food was beautifully prepared and taste excellent! Noodles & Company is very privilege to have Mikal, he is an awesome leader and it shows in how he leads his team.

How come we didnt get any Broth in any of our dishes We always remember getting broth with our main dishes. Today we had big family lunch here for 9 people and none of our dishes came with broth and they are bone dry When asked employees said broth only comes at some places and even those places are not supposed to give us broth REALLY????? on top order was messed up. We ordered side soup for almost all of us and they missed for several people and when asked they took almost 20 minutes n and came back and said their soup is finished and will make more and did ( but it caused lot of delay ) One of the employee seems to be brand new and unfortunately she happened to be the one who is brings the dishes and no matter what you ask, she has no answer.. worst part is, she doesnt even say sorry... Similar lay I would rate this experience as TERRIBLE hope some one cares

I have eaten at many Noodles & Cos. Ive been at this location twice. The first time I wouldve given it 4 stars. The second time wouldve been 1 star. The most recent trip to this Noodles & Co was pretty darn bad. I felt like I was on an episode of Hells Kitchen. I got Penne Rosa. The chicken looked mutilated. It looked like freezer-burnt chicken that was overcooked in the microwave and then stomped on with someones shoe. It was quite gross. I almost couldnt eat the plate because of how gross the chicken was. The pasta and other vegetables were OK though. The soda machine tasted weird as well (maybe the syrup was running low?). Also the service was quite lackluster. I asked for something and it seriously took 15 minutes to come out when they said it would be just a moment. Pretty disappointed. Not sure if Ill give this location another shot.

When I arrived about 7:30 on Sunday April 9th there was no one at the counter. I waited about 3 minutes before anyone showd up. I was given a number after ordering only to see 3 tables full of dishes from the previous people who ate. I had to go back to the front to get someone to clean off a table for my family to sit. The busboy wiped the table alright, right onto the seats we where sitting. With two little girls, I myself had to whip the seats off. The staff here seemed to be just chilling instead of doing their jobs.

Great food, but sub part service. My pregnant gf wanted sprite to drink, but the machine was out. No biggie, it happens. The issue was that we had to ask 3 people before something was done about it. The first two were relatively pleasant, but did nothing. The third guy immediately went and got the manager, who changed it right away. So to the manager working on the night of 4/8/16, and the associate who went and got you, thank you.

I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have limited options. Ive been here several times, but theres always an issue (bathroom not clean, skimpy serving sizes, or waiting for someone to come to the counter). The staff has always been pleasant, but this place needs some changes big time. This is why minimum wage needs to be increased. Better service and quality require bigger salaries.

My wife had a digital order.. wasnt filled for over 40 minutes after her BOSS arrived to pick up the order. Had to take time out of her day to dispute charges after her order was never filled! Would give 0 stars if possible.. You inconvenienced her and spent an hour worth of her time dealing with your mistake.. with NO apology what so ever... seriously? Manager was even rude!..

We hadnt been here in a couple of years but visited the other day and the food was not as good as it used to be. The kids meal noodles were not cooked enough and were hard and chewy, and the korean beef noodles dish had too much sauce and was almost like soup. The staff were friendly, however, and we didnt notice any cleanliness issues like they used to have.

Love the chain but every time i go to this particular location, theres never anyone at the counter. When the staff eventually surfaces, I get ignored. Im pretty understanding, but today is probably the last time ill go here. My pasta was completely burnt, kinda like they scraped the noodles from the bottom of the pot.

I came and thought that the cashier replaced my pasta types... I didnt bother to check my receipt but I got two different pasta dishes rather than just one. When it came out and explained the error, the server didnt make a fuss about it and just offered me the correct order and refunded me. Very professional staff.

Food can be hit or miss depending on the cooks. Sometimes I get a lot of protein cut up nicely, other times I get very little in huge chunks. And dumplings are always flat and compressed that they look more like ravioli instead of dumplings. But the line is always short, and the wait is usually pretty short.

We come here more than once a month, love love love this place. The only thing I dont recommend is the buttered noodles, honestly they have no flavor at all. The Pesto Cavatappi is my favorite, I could eat it all the time. Food comes quick and the tables are always clean here.

Its pretty good food and generally fast service. This time I got it to go and the person who packaged it didnt fully closet the lid so it cooled down quickly and spilled little bit, but it was in a bag, and didnt spill to much too it was fine.

The people complaining must not have tried the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine! That is the best dish there! I love Noodles and Co. Im a vegetarian, and I hate tofu, so Im cool with not adding a protein. Were having Noodles tonight for dinner...

The last three times I went, it was terrible. The forgot to add the meat to one of the meals I ordered, another tasted and looked old and dry. and lastly the third time they gave me a significantly less amount of food than previous times.
