Every single time I come in here I end up waiting over 25 minutes for two burgers and a medium fry. Thats just silly. 9 times out of 10 people after me get their food first. When I worked in the restaurant industry we always made the food in the order it was placed. We didnt skip around. Its safe to say I wont visiting this location anymore.

Im a fan of five guys, but this location disappointed. The restaurant was very dirty and the burger was sloppily made. I know burgers are messy, but they shouldnt start out that way! Also took a long time to be ready. I would rather drive further down york road and go to the other one.

They "ran out" of portion cups for vinegar and ketchup. One of the staff told us to use water cups. The milkshake was watery. And most of the workers in the back were kind of rude and were just standing around.

The king of burger chains - the burgers are big, juicy, fresh and lots of toppings to customize. Dont even bother trying another burger place near the Inner Harbor
