Ive been here several times over the last several years. I have other reviews that gave 4 to 5 stars but today I felt necessary to post about how disappointing this last trip was. The service was great, I have no complaints there, I highly recommend Jazmon! HOWEVER! The cleanliness of the restaurant was, well, disgusting. We opted for a possible 20 min wait for a booth, only waited about 10 mins at most. It wasnt a busy night, lots of tables open. We had no trouble finding parking up front. But from the time we walked in I noticed something different in the upkeep. I dont know if there has been a change in management or policies or proceeses. But i noticed trash on the floor, there was a gum like substance stuck to the booth seat (seemed like it had been there for a while, judging from the multiple color of cloths stuck to it), the gentleman seating us had to come back and wipe everything down (didnt address the gum), came back again with the vacuum to clean the floor, and there was some sort of goo/booger stuck to the end side of the table. Being a mom, I dealt with it at the risk of having to wait longer and encounter a possibly dirtier seat. I had to use the restroom while there and the nicest thing I can say is Im glad the water was hot. Soap everywhere, water all over the counter and floor. I dont think the area had been touched within the last 2 or 3 hours. Sad this nice establishment has allowed this to happen. Hope the management can fix this problem.

I attended this Olive Garden for a friends birthday dinner, the wait was extremely long, we waited for over an hour in 20 degree weather! On top of that since most of the people that were present at the dinner were young,(about 16-17) years of age, the waiter decided to treat us like rug rats at recess. About 4 of them decided not to eat, they just wanted a beverage, the waiter refused to supply us with salad to accommodate the whole table, his language and tone was EXTREMELY rude (rolling eyes & pointing) his excuse was "If you aint buying food you not getting no salad" very illiterate. When he did supply the salad it was DRENCHED with sauce and didnt even fill up half the bowl, and told whoever didnt order food couldnt even touch it. His attitude the whole time was stinky. I asked him to repeat my order and he said i didnt believe I ordered anything..he asked the other waiter that was assisting him did I buy food. I wish I remembered his name. NEVER should a waiter treat PAYING customers with such outlandish behavior and cantankerous attitude, adult or teen. The food took forever, and he was so slow for bringing out anything we asked for. never will I recommend this Olive Garden to ANYONE. Thankyou.

I love the service and food I received at this location, so Im writing a review to tell of my experience. I placed a large catering order for my daughters birthday at the end of February. The morning of the expected pickup, I just received notice that 4 more guests were showing up. Not only was this location accommodating to my additional order, but they had no problem making sure that it would be ready by 2 PM with the rest of my order, and added on a few dozen breadsticks at no additional charge to me. When I arrived at 2 PM to pickup the order, the lady at the station was very professional and polite. She slowly went through my entire order to make sure that everything was correct and properly sealed, and they even helped me take everything to my Jeep. I ordered the catering quantities of 2 large salads, 2 soups, 2 orders of breadsticks (they added 5 dozen for FREE), 2 pans of spaghetti with meat sauce, 1 lasagne, 1 chicken parmesan, 1 seafood alfredo (minus scallops & added shrimp), 1 mozzarella bites, 1 toasted zucchini, 3 gallons of raspberry lemonade and 3 normal orders of toasted ravioli. All were done perfectly and all were sealed and ready to go.

The service here is so bad. The employees dont care, the managers dont care, and the managers dont care that the employees dont care. Ive been here many times and it is always the same. They treat everyone like we are just cattle being fed the same slop over and over as though no one has the least discernment or taste about what we are eating. They actually believe none of us can tell the difference between fresh quality food and old garbage. The one time my food came back fast was when I ordered an appetizer; then I noticed that it had obviously been sitting around for a while and wasnt looking so good. So I sent it back and asked for a fresh one. A while later the waitress came back with another appetizer ...it was the exact same old one with single line of fresh marinara sauce drizzled along the top length-wise. I told the waitress and sent it back again. Then I decide to just cancel it. Am I missing something? Does no one else notice when they serve you old food? Is everyone else eating whatever they bring back, and just being grateful that they came back at all after taking so long?

If I could give a 0, I would. This Olive Garden is absolutely by far the worst Olive Garden Ive ever dined at. The service here was absurd. My party and I decided to sit at the bar. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before I said to the bartender, "how many other people are you going to serve who already have dishes and drinks in front of them before you even give us a menu or even a glass of water to drink?" The bartender rudely replied "If youre going to talk to me like that, you can wait." Excuse me, child. You are an employee in an establishment where customers keep you running. If you dont understand the values of customer service and attentiveness, you do not deserve a job in a restaurant. The manager was utterly incompetent, speaking as if the guests didnt matter to match his staffs attitude. So I suggest if Olive Garden wants to make it to their 50th anniversary, they need to work on their training aspect of all employees. At the end of the day, if you want great service, do not, I repeat, do NOT dine at this Olive Garden.

Ordered a lunch with the unlimited soup. I was told the soup needed to be prepared so itd be a bit late- whatever, stuff happens, no problem. I was told this three times throughout the 45 minutes we were there and eating. I didnt receive any soup until after we had already finished our meals, and my "unlimited soup" turned into a takeout container. At least it was hot, though Id be even more disappointed if it wasnt after an hour of preparation. Other than the food, service was fairly slow. Drinks were empty for a good 15-20 minutes before anyone checked, breadsticks were gone and we had to ask our waitress 3 times before she told us they were making them now (flashbacks to the soup) before it was brought out by a different waitress who didnt seem to get the memo that they werent ready yet. I dont know if this is the standard for this location or we simply hit it at a bad time, but this was my first visit to Olive Garden in years and Ill just hit the Longhorn next door instead next time.
