I love the food here. Its flavorful and freshly prepared with good ingredients. This place would always get five stars from be for food quality and portion size-especially for the money. However, lately Ive been turned away before what is supposed to be closing time. On Google, the closing time is listed as 9p.m. on Saturdays, but thats not completely accurate. The drive thru is supposed to close at nine and the walk-in restaurant portion is scheduled to close at 8:30. What happens when I race up from downtown (several times recently), making it there well before nine? Im met with a sign that says the drive thru is closed for maintenance. So, the place closed at 8:30! One time I waited in line at the drive thru for over ten minutes, finally arriving at the window at 8:59p.m. I was told with a flat expression and no sympathy or consideration, that "Were closed." Really?! Ill definitely be calling to see if management is aware. Service is nothing like that in the daytime.

The manager of this location should be ashamed and should fire every single employee in that establishment. I have managed many locations never have I had a store turn away a paying customer by saying they are closed 10 minutes before they actually are with customers still sitting inside eating REALLY? Not to mention I went there two days prior again around the same time but at 8:45 oh and they were closed again but said I can go through the drive through so when I get there and place my order they had nothing I wanted Beijing beef and orange chicken well in my world thats called lazy. So I hope management reads this and take action because I will leave a comment every other day when I try to get my simple Beijing need and orange chicken 10 min before closing

The employees acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. We got there at 8pm and they were all cleaned up and ready to close even though the door says 9pm. I ordered double honey walnut shrimp and there wasnt enough for 2 orders and still got charged the full price. My husband wanted teriyaki chicken and they refused to cook anymore. The rice was scorched and smelled like an ashtray. Awful food, awful customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

This location is very unaccommodating they always have little food and it appears to always have been sitting there sometimes they even reheat it to look fresh as well the employees never want to do anything extra to help you i highly recommend that you stay away from this food establishment. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY When i requested to speak with a manager they just gave me a number and told me there was nothing they could do

Love it cheap and good and the people that work there are very quick and always nice. Love the angus steak and the orange chicken. Burger king mcdonalds, subway, wendies? pfft panda express everytime 4 me love this restaurant. Dont know why some people have complaints about the staffs attitude they have always been nice 2 me.

The food here is excellent, good taste and good portions. At the drive through they do try to rush you to get your order, but you always get what your order the first time. This review is a personal opinion and as such is fully protected as Free Speech under the First Amendment.

I dont know his name but theres a tall guy that works the drive thru he is awesome and always puts a smile on my face!! The food is decent, the customer service is amazing. I go there every lunch break.
