Ok, so I thought I would give these guys a try at lunch time today. They are new to the area. Walk in, places looks clean enough. I was asked what kind of sub and tell them I want a 6" New York Steamer. "Would you like a combo meal"?, "No, thanks, just the sub". "Would you like a pickle". "Sure thing"... Get the sub to go. $6.29 please. Ah, ok...Get to back to my office. Sub hardly has any cheese on it first of all, and is flat with soggy bread. $6.29 for a 6" sub!! Seriously? $1 an inch?. The pickle given was in fact not a whole pickle, but a slice that was so soft it needed Viagra. Sorry, but 1st and last time. BTW: the sub wasnt any better that going to Subway.

I usually order online and pick it up at designated time. Twice I have received attitude from management regarding the rewards program. The first time was a pregnant chick, which ok maybe her swollen ankles and back were killing her and she didnt want to be bothered. But today I went in for my free birthday sub. The cashier didnt know how to ring it up so she asked the guy that I assume was the manager. They were telling me to type in my rewards card. I tried looking it up because I signed that up online and is not my phone #....yeah I saw the manager roll his eyes. Its too bad they lost this customer because their subs are awesome.

Paid $9.04 for a steak and cheese (.75 cents being added for the mushrooms). Cant taste the cheese or the mushrooms. This place is way over priced and not worth the money spent. Sub was way too dry. I will never order from or eat here again. I will stick with Subway for cold subs and either Genovas in Spring Grove or Alfredos in Hanover for hot subs. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

The guy that owns it at the west Manchester mall is rick eckert. a spoiled brat that had everything handed to him. his dad owns a trucking company good man. I ate there once and was not impressed from the attitude and the overall experience. go somewhere else to other places that care and not tolerate about you as a customer.

Prices are "meh" and the portion sizes are a little small. The atmosphere is close but friendly. The customer service is very good and the staff greets everyone with a very friendly "Welcome to Firehouse!" upon entering. Recommended for a lunch stop, not so much a nice dinner.

got what I thought was a chicken salad sub...I even said sub 2 times to my surprise when I got home was 2 pieces of bread with onions, celery, a teaspoon of what I do believe was supposed to be chicken salad for $6.what a rip. Very disappointed

The best subs Ive had in a while, although they are a little pricey. Great atmosphere inside. I love the mural of the fairgrounds. I love the sandwiches fresh, but if you order them to go, they are not quite as good by the time you get home.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They bring the food to you. Baseball and football was on for your enjoyment. The pictures and décor was perfect. 11/10!
