A reliable Panera Bread. Rather than give a generic review of any Panera Bread, I want to comment on one staffers professionalism. I often order through the MyPanera app, and once, when ordering a baked good via the comments, that wasnt in season, I got a phone call ahead of my arrival asking for an alternative. Just a week ago, I again had ordered an item they had sold-out-of, and was called before arriving. Same lady! When I arrived and was helped quickly enough, she saw me when leaving and asked if I had received the replacement baked good. Im just surprised she cared and remembered. Not every food-service-place treats their employees well-enough that they actually care and go out of their way in the middle of the afternoon.

0.5 STARS Worst service ever....the cashiers know nothing of customer service; theyre rude, inattentive, and seem to fear eye-contact with their patrons. Their "Thank-Yous" are barely audible and overall team moral sucks! My usual "egg & cheese on Asiago bagel" is never prepared correctly anymore, either the sandwich is burnt on the underside or the cheese is disintegrated by being too long in that grill. Ive started driving the 5.5 extra miles out of my way, to the Catonsville location. At least there, I get friendly-with a smile-service and my meal prepared exactly how I enjoy it!! After all these are my hard-earned "dollars" and I prefer spending them where Im appreciated. P.S. No wifi!!

Im a regular customer at Panera on Security Blvd and I think the food is good, cashiers and manager are friendly, especially Sandy. I think the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and they are very patient. Breakfast and Lunch is very busy due to all the Federal Employees!!!! But, dinner and weekends are slower and a great place to relax. I miss the Power Menu, but still can always find something new and healthy to eat. I still think the Chicken Hummus Bowel is the best thing on the menu, love the French Onion Soup too!!! Love seeing that Panera hires the teens and hire people who look like me and who are actually from the neighborhood!!!!

The young cashier India was a pure GEM!!! I had an extremely large carryout order. Not only did she ensure I had sufficient bags for the meals and sandwiches, she assisted me in filling the eight (8) large sodas and large coffee. As if that was not enough, she asked the Manager to go to the back for a box for me to carry the sodas. She did this all with a smile and wonderfully pleasant demeanor. India please keep up the great work, you truly understand Customer Service!!!

I had the pleasure of grabbing a quick dinner yesterday at this Panera location. Greg, Sandy and Nicole were warm and friendly people who quickly prepared my food. I placed my order, finished writing a text and when I pressed send they were calling my order number. Wow! After I was finished another team member, Jose cleared and bussed my table. I appreciated the service. Keep up the good work!!!!

Portions have gotten smaller but I can deal with that, just order extra. My work is right next to it and so most of my co-workers go there for lunch pretty much every day, it is very convenient. In the last 2 weeks we had 5 orders that were messed up, or items missing, spoke to 3 different managers, tired of going back and hoping that it will be better. Will not be going there for a while.

the food is delicious and you get plenty for about $5. I ordered the grilled chicken avocado panini. I do not like avocado but I ordered it anyway because I wanted a hot sandwich and I wasnt disappointed. I also had the Mediterranean veggie. It was good but nothing like the one I had at the Panera Bread closer to DC. The decor is beautiful. The bathroom could be cleaner.

I swear every time I come to this location my order is messed up. This time not so bad, but I ordered a salad and it had items in it that I asked to be removed (I removed them, no biggie) but then I found out it didnt come with the salad dressing... The sandwich turned out good, but I was looking forward to the salad...

Young lady that took my order was very pleasant and fast, however something was up with the food maybe not sanitary because none of it stayed down(I know gross)! Never really had this issue with any other Panera, only gave 3stars for the 1st young lady who waited on me otherwise it would be 1 star...

There was a short line but it moved very quickly. Employees were very friendly. Food came out fast. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It was good although I wish they would use more than just 2 little thin slices of bacon. The restaurant is clean.

This one of the best Panera Breads around! Not super busy, but full...nice and clean with helpful staff that isnt overly smiley. A great place for my freelance writing and for out-of-the-office meetings. Pretty quiet around 3pm or so...

Store is usually not very clean tables floors and such. Bathrooms are better filthy, each time seems to be worse even at 645 am. Tried to give it a couple tries but I wont return To this Panera. Customer service Ok enough I guess.

The staff is always friendly and super quick, even in the crowded lunch rush. I usually get half a tuna sandwich and a salad. The coffee is decent! Sometimes there are homeless people outside and I buy them food.

I used the Panera app (iphone) to order. When I showed up around lunch time there was a long line. I was able to just walk past everybody and pick up my food. Quick and very convenient.

Speedy service considering the amont of people they get during lunch time. So if you didnt call your order then expect to be there about (10) mins from walk-in to picking up your food.

The bathroom is filthy and the assistant manager did not have the decency to have it cleaned when I asked. I ended up having to go to Rite Aid to use a half-way decent bathroom.
