We wanted something to eat before the movies and buffalo wild wings only had 4 people eating in the resteraunt so we assumed it would be a speedy meal. We were wrong....We came in and waited 5 minutes for someone to notice us then were sat down in a far off corner even though the place was completely empty beside 4 tables the waitress came by got us some water and left and didnt come back for 10 minutes at this point we decided to leave. An added mention while we waited out 10 minutes the customers beside is were waiting for there check the whole time. How can you have so poor service when the staff outnumber the customers... We went to Dudleys Bistro after the movie and the food was fantastic a differant price range but absolutely amazing. Also the waiter was very polite and knowledgeable that review will get 5 stars

This particular "Bdubs" is a weekly meeting place for fellow Hokie alums to watch our VT televised sports, so Ive come out of my way a few times to be a part of this. The layout of the restaurant may seem slightly cramped and odd at times, as compared to the one in NN, but thats mostly due to this one being part of a strip mall kind of building. Bathrooms have been hit and miss for cleanliness here, but so it comes w sports fans and lots and lots of beer. As general for all Bdubs, the food, wings, and beer selections are merely okay, but they do seem to be trying to get more of a craftbeer selection on tap which I appreciate. And when its warmer, this location does have an outdoor patio with TVs too (even for non-patrons as you can easily stand outside the gates and watch haha).

The wings were great! Our server had a great personality...however, we were told it was 1/2 off Wings on Tuesday and thought this was a great deal and proceeded to order(explaining to our waitress that 20 dollars for 40 BONELESS wings is a good thing)...she agreed and took our order. Then we got the bill.... no half price applied... I asked her if there was a mistake she said "no, this only applied to traditional wings". So I asked why she didnt tell us that when we got excited about it.... she told us to hold on and went to the kitchen...she came back and said "Im sorry, theres nothing they can do about it". WTF!?!? Nice customer service... a good waitress would have clarified...sorry about the piss poor review BW3....theres nothing I can do about it...

The food is the same as any other BWW so no issues there but the service is the worst. Every time Ive been there the serves take forever and never pay attention to the customers. A few weeks ago I went with a group of around ten people. We arrived at 12 for the 12-2 all you can eat wings and fries special. The server said there wasnt enough room inside for a party of our size so we had to sit outside which was pretty cold. For the entire two hours we were there the serve only checked on us enough to bring two rounds of wings. We asked for refill and she always forgot. This restaurant consistently has the worst service of any establishment here in Williamsburg.

My wife and I stopped at BWW while we were in Williamsburg for our honeymoon. Earlier we saw a movie across the street then walked around the area, through Barnes and Noble and a few of the other stores. As fans of our local BWW back home, we decided to stop in here to get wings to go to take back to our hotel. The wings were pretty good, what you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings, however, it took forty-five minutes from placing our order to get our food. I would strongly recommend placing your order very early before going to get your food.

Service was ok i suppose. Onion rings were over cooked and the chicken tenders were a bit dry. The nachos had very little meat on top of them - it was mostly lettuce and diced tomatos. Wings were rather small. A lemonaide costs $3.39?? And its non-alcohilic. Wow. Not completely thrilled with the place. If another similar restaurant opens in the same general vacinity (near the New Town theater) - these people will go out of business in a quick minute. Management better get their act together...

The waitress was attentive and was quite helpful with any questions we had regarding the sauces and food. We were seated quickly and the food arrived quite quickly, unlike some other Wild Wings establishments. Wings were pretty good with the exception of one overdone wing out of twenty. They Could have used some more sauce on the wings but the sample cup (wild)we got earlier was generous enough to spread evenly across ten wings. Overall good experience both times we went.

Horrible service!!! The employees like to stand around and B.S when your needing a drink refill or have not received your food for 30 min. The managers dont care either. We got up to leave because of the long wait time after we placed our order. The manager came over and we told her about it and she said the waitress was new and that they could box our wings for us. Bad management and then people cry when they lose a job.Ha! They deserve to go out of business or get fired!

Had to send my meal back twice. The first time my meal came out it was completely wrong not even close to what I ordered. Had to wait 10 more min to cook the correct sandwich. Second time my meal came out it was missing toppings. Our server was very slow, walked by several times before stopping or checking on us. The manager did not come over to see if we were OK after my meal was sent back twice, they didnt offer to discount my meal either after all the problems

This BWW location cannot ever seem to get a carryout order correct. And their solution is for you to drive back to the restaurant for them to correct it. So you drive to their restaurant, pay for the order, drive home and and then repeat the process if you want the food you actually ordered. Tonight I double checked everything except the wings - figured they couldnt screw that up - but I was wrong. I will never give this location any more of my business

Was not happy tonight! Been going to Williamsburg restaurant since my granddaughter cut the ribbon at grand opening. First we were there because my grandson wanted his birthday dinner there. He wanted cheese curd and they were out of them. I asked for diet Pepsi and was given regular. I am a diabetic. I order Boston Lagur burger. It came with no mushroom, which is why I order that. All n all bad night. May not return.

The service at this location is horrible. My family of 4 has had poor service the last 4 or 5 times we have been there. None of the instances were particularly busy, and the last time we tried to eat there, our server never even came to the table...after 20 minutes of waiting on a server we left...Even though our server was AWOL, none of the other servers asked if we had been helped.

The six of us went for a meal tonight, and it was disappointing from start to finish. No boneless wings, no refills on drinks, the signature dish looked like it fell on the floor, just to name a few things. If this was my first time at BWW, it would be our last. Service was poor, food was a dissapointment, it will be a while until we visit a BWW again, and it wont be this one.
