Today is Fathers Day you would think all the restaurants will be packed. I took my 71 yr old mother out for a couple hours and we decided to eat here at TGIF. Coming into the door it wasnt that many people in the restaurant wasnt even cry but yet we were told we had to wait 45 minutes and a certain section was closed. I asked her where they short staff do to today being Fathers Day and all. We waited 10 minutes and then we were seated. As we walked past the bar to our feet there were two or more tables filled with dirty dishes. We were sitting in the area within the three tables to my right will filled with dirty dishes. He sat down at the table a waiter came over and said he will be with us in a few minutes. He came over and took our drink order in their return to take out food. He came back and left of plates the table and walked away. 10 minutes later my appetizer came and we had dirty plates that he left on the table. I ask for another small plate and he came back with a platter and some more napkins. We started eating the fried green beans right away and about 10 minutes after that the spinach dip came to the table but yet it was cold. We waited to see if we can get our waiter to the table which he never showed up and I was also looking for the manager at this point. There was several female employees standing in the back laughing and joking with one another forget the tables that was beside me was filled with dirty dishes. They look as though they were on the table all day. After a 15-minute wait for our waiter to return my mom and I got up and left. As we were going to the door, our waiter was coming in the door from outside. My mom stopped him and told him we were leaving due to the bad service and he was going to get the manager at that time. The manager never came out and I left the facility and took my mother to get something to eat elsewhere. It started off with the hostess without proper greeting the cleanliness was a mess the service was terrible and the manager was nowhere in sight even when I was waiting to be seated. This facility needs better management, they all need people skills, employees needs to be trained better. I would never visit this establishment again. There were also people standing at tables waiting to sit down and no one would come over and clean off any of the tables. This place was disgusting!!!!! Still waiting for a manager.....Good luck.

I didnt care for this TGIFRIDAYS location at all! I went with a friend on a Saturday night around 11pm to meet other friends. Cons: *There was not a host/hostess upon entering. We seated ourselves after trying to figure out the seating and which tables were clear and cleaned. *The layout is horrible. There are single restrooms on both sides of the venue but this is clearly not enough for a restaurant of their size. And it is very inconvenient if you are sitting on one side of the restaurant and then have to walk all the way to the other side because one is currently occupied. *The music was horrible. No variety whatsoever and my party had no idea what they were playing. *The food was gross. I guess with it being that late at night they feel like they wont make much of an effort. Food tasted like it was simply re-warmed in a microwave oven. NAS&T *We saw a group of teenagers that had just left fighting on the side of the restaurant...no one from management cared enough to stop it or call law enforcement. *At closing time (2am) it felt like a nightclub with management turing on the lights, shutting off the wack music and pretty much kicking everyone out without even making sure all tabs, complaints, questions & issues were answered or addressed. Just rude and ridiculous. PROS: *Waiter was ok. I dont even stay close to this TGIFRIDAYS (Thank God) and definitely like the Waldorf location much better. So visit at your own risk. I warned you.

Basically, I called and placed an order for my sister and they told me it will be ready in 20mins. I waited in my car for 25mins. Cause this happened before. I walked into d restaurant, NOBODY..I mean no flippin body welcomed me. In fact, nobody was at the front desk at all. They were all by the kitchen discussing. They saw me looking at them, but they went ahead with their discussion. Two other customers came in and left upset because they couldnt wait. One of the staff walked to the bar to attend to some customers..I called her and asked for the manager immediately. He came, I asked him if he remembers me and he said no. Then, I reminded him of the day myself and my friends waited for a table for an hour. And that I had been standin at the front desk for someone to attend to me but no one did. He apologized and was ready to help me. I told him I already placed my order. He walked to the kitchen, came back within 5mins, offered to waive the fees, but I insisted Ill pay for it. Then he said my food wasnt ready.That I should wait a couple of mins. And I just walked out. Its ridiculous...Very TERRIBLE! Im never going to this location....not recommending any friends or family either. Im very Upset....

The wait was long even though we had nade an online reservation. We were told the kitchen was backed up and they werent going to open a new section because that would back the kitchen up even more. The host was polite and tried to be helpful. The waitress was very friendly and courteous. However we were brought an appetizer with no napkins. I ordered a salad, but the greens werent the freshest, but they werent terrible either. However, it was missing half of the advertised ingredients. To be fair, I didnt send it back, so they werent able to correct the problem. The salmon was decently cooked, but the freshness just wasnt there either. The cajun alfredo pasta dish that one of our party ordered was quite good and the spinach queso dip appetizer was also good although there were not enough chips for the dip. The floors were slippery and had a greasy feel to them and although the table and chairs had no crumbs or discernable dirt, they had that same greasy quality to them. The silverware was clean. It is not likely a place we will revisit.

When I walked in I waited for 15 minutes before I had to find a waiter to help us. They said they would get the hostess which took another 10 minutes. Once the hostess got to the front he said hello and then spent the next couple of minutes fumbling w/ the menus. Once he finished playing with the menus he took us to our table which was dirty. I must say he did know the table was dirty and apologized and cleaned it. Then it took awhile for our waitress to come to the table. 10-15 minutes to be exact and she passed us a bunch of times and never said anything. The food took awhile but it was ok...except the mac and cheese looked funny but our waitress kindly took it back. This was just the worst restaurant experience ever. The staff wasnt attentive or hospitable. No one really greeted you or even smiled. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. I cant bring myself to spend my hard earned money at a terrible establishment like that. And Ive been to many TGIFridays and never had that experience before.
