Moo shu pork was accompanied by reheated store-bought mexican style tortillas (not joking). Delivery guy yelled at me after ignoring the specific instructions I gave (door is in back of building, you have to drive around etc). Lied to my face and told me he had been waiting 20 minutes and had called me many many times, and that he had been driving back and forth between the front and back of the building (my office faces the parking lot and he never came around back). He called me exactly once (and I returned his phone call immediately and multiple times after missing it even though he didnt answer till the third time I tried calling him. I had to walk around to the front of the building because he wasnt answering, and I assumed he hadnt read the note (correctly). He then got in my face and told me that he was very busy and that he cant afford to wait and that i didnt answer my phone even though he had called tons of times and had been waiting 20 minutes. Please note that in ordering online, I had to put down the tip ahead of time: I tipped him $5 on a $13 dollar order. I just looked at him and said: "No, you havent been waiting 20 minutes. No, you didnt call me tons of times. You called me once. I called you three times and you didnt pick up till the third time. And dont worry, you wont have to worry about me disturbing you being busy any more because I wont be ordering from you anymore." I could have forgiven the tortillas as the pork was ok; but delivery service like that is simply unacceptable.

While eating lunch in the restaurant, I had the wonderful experience of seeing an authority figure of some sort come in, watch the staff get shocked, and then try to react. It didnt make sense until I heard the authority figure (seemed like an inspector) say that the refrigerator is still not working and that they should be doing something to keep the food cold. Since the inspector didnt trust that they would take action on the broken refrigerator, she was going to stay until either it was fixed, or ice and water was brought in to keep the food cold. This was the second time I have eaten here, and the food is your standard Chinese fare, but I will not be going back knowing that they dont care for food safety. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Attempted to place a delivery order as I am currently stationed at in the area for training and have no car. I am 6.7 mi down the road but apparently they dont deliver to my "area". Terrible customer service, when I first called the girl gave a rushed explanation that I could not understand and just hung up on me. Had to call back to get someone who spoke better English and still dont understand how why you cant deliver just down the street from the store?!? Terrible service and very glad Ill be spending my money elsewhere

Went here one time because I happened to have ended up next to it and it was just there. Went in expecting regular old chinese food but this place was great! It had the same food youd expect from what I could tell, but the quality was simply amazing. I and my coworkers all loved what we ordered and I would strongly recommend this establishment.

Love this place! Vegetarian dishes are amazing, had the Pineapple "chicken" and General Tsos "chicken", new favorite lunch place. Oh and I came at a really slow time so the cook had the time to arange my broccoli in a circle on my plate, its the little things that make you smile!

Like another reviewer noted, this place looks like nothing special. Dont judge it by its appearance. The food was great! The veggie meat substitutes were so tasty that I asked the server if he had accidentally given my wife and I the real thing! :-)

Fast delivery. Good sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice but our kun pow chicken and Mongolian chicken were spoiled. Something rancid in the entree. They refunded them no problem.

It is exactly what you expect- americanized chinese food. Mine was a bit too salty, but I wasnt overly disappointed, just as I wasnt thrilled.
