Parking is always a confusing hassle when youre picking food up to go, but this is the place my family gets food from a lot on the weekends. We always order 6-8 different roles and have a feast at home. The best part is their sushi is half priced on the weekends! Their sushi names are certainly imaginative, but they taste so much better than they sound. They make very good quality/combinations of sushi. Pretty filling. Staff is very helpful and attentive. They tend to have your order ready quicker than their estimated times. When Im in there the atmosphere seems okay but weve never ate-in before. The half price tags on the weekends makes this THE place to get food from on the weekends. So as far as the food goes, in addition to the cost, I give it a 5.

Im really surprised by the review below that says the sushi is not good. I love their sushi and it is very affordable on the weekends, since it is half off. My wife likes their sushi as well and she is not a big fan of sushi, in general. Their bento boxes are also good. The one area where I find some of their dishes are lacking is their sauces. The flavor of their sauces is good, but there is just not enough flavor for our liking. On the other hand, my mother is a big fan, since she thinks that most Chinese sauces have too much flavor. My wife and I think their chicken and broccoli and Singapore noodles are pretty good.

Very nice neighborhood Japanese / Chinese near Twinbrook metro station. I do like the sushi here, some of the better sushi in the region. Most recently, I enjoyed my Angry Dragon signature roll (tempura shrimp, spicy tuna and mango inside w/ spicy crabmeat outside) and Egg Drop soup. Current Sat / Sun 50% off sushi is a hit locally (no other discounts apply, had someone attempt that as I ate at the bar). Cozy space, not huge. Prices are in line with the region. Ill be back.

I have been coming here for years. There 50% off sushi on the weekends cant be beat in the region. I stopped by the other night after an IPic movie. We ordered the Marylander, Volcano roll, Hamachi and Salmon nigiri. The nigiri taste like butter and was huge. $2.50 for 2 large pieces is great value. The rolls were rather large and tasted fresh. I always stop by if Im craving a lot of sushi because this the best place to try all types of sushi without paying $$$.

People are super friendly, the FOOD IS AMAZING! The best Asian food that I have ever had, and Im a a Asian food Fanatic! The vegetables were the freshest vegetables that Ive ever had eating out, I dont think I could have grown them myself that fresh. I have been living in the DC area since 1984, have eaten out at countless Asian restaurants, but this one takes the cake. The portions are huge and the staff are incredibly friendly, what more could you ask for?

Been coming here for a couple of years. The best sushi in town. We dont eat out often, but we do try to make this a monthly visit. The staff is friendly and greets us warmly. Family atmosphere. Very nice place. My wife and I consider it "our place." Try it and you will too. Also, although we just get sushi, Ive had friends accompany us who have tried other dishes here. They said the non-sushi stuff is good, too. And my son loves the miso soup.

The sushi is fresh and delicious! The specialty rolls are creative and yummy! Its a family run restaurant so everyone is always so polite and making sure you get everything I need. The decor is very chic and they have a nice little bar. I go at least once a week and they know my order my memory. Cant ask for more! :-)

The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, if the owner would remove the food posters from the windows it might be taken more seriously. The menu choices are your normal fair. Very reasonable priced lunch specials. The food was so so, the chicken was overcooked and over salted, the spring roll bland.

I am NOT a sushi fan, but my wife loves sushi. Went with her to Green Bamboo and found I loved the rolls. Fantastic. The "yummy yummy" roll is yummy yummy. The 1/2 price sushi on weekends makes this the best buy in DC area for Japanese bistro. Truly memorable. We now go 2x/month.

My first time here. I got takeout. It was very good. The flavors where not to heavy and made for a great dinner. While waiting I got a good look at the place. It feels friendly and look really cozy. I will go back and try the sushi. The prices are perfect for this area.

I really like this place. Their sushi rolls are yummy (tuna and avocado is my favorite) and the 1/2 off sushi deals on the weekend are great. It always seems clean in there although we mostly do take out. I recommend this place!

Rediculous. They wont let you share food if you try to get 50% off the 2nd entree as part of their Tuesday special. They said they will charge me full price unless 1 person eats both entrees. Even though its on 1 check. No tip.

Theyre so good that I cant eat Chinese food anywhere else! Theyre sushi is also delicious! I usually prefer places that stick with just Chinese or just sushi, but they nailed it. The food tastes like its made with such care.

Ordered my food today, and everything was so bland. Bbq ribs, combination fried rice, crab wontons, and sushi. No flavor at all. Dont waste your money. It seemed like they rushed my order. Everything was tasteless!

We ordered delivery and it was all excellent. Cali rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, and shrimp lo mein. I was so pleased that I called and thanked the restaurant for the amazing meal. Order arrived in about 30 minutes.

Worst panang curry Ive ever had. Miso soup and ramen both tasted as though they had been microwaved. Fresh sushi is okay, but dont order anything else on the menu. Also, service is rude and terrible.

Quality of sushi has down the drain in the past two month. Found a fly in my miso soup, had to throw it out. Avacado is clearly stale is it has brown spots all over it in Cali rolls.
