Disgusting environment!!! My son and I just visited this awful place before going to a movie. The place was busy but not overly crowded. We ordered our food for dine in. There were several empty tables but not a single one was cleared of the dirty dishes from the previous guest. We sat at a table with dirty dishes, other customers did as well. Upon bringing our food out the young man reached over the dirty dishes, set down our food and walked away. What a filthy environment! I know my review here isnt gonna mean much to the company as it usually doesnt. As a person on the road everyday taking clients to lunch, I will make sure I never take a client to any Noodles and Company.

We went and was immediately helped by Brittany. She was very kind and patient with us as we had no idea what we wanted. She made some suggestions and we ended up having a great meal. Also they offered me a military discount and that was very much appreciated! We will glad travel across Frederick to come to this location!

This place is very clean and never busy when I stop in. Friendly staff, never have any issues but I did witness an incident where the staff fixed the issue quickly with a customer. I also received cookies as a "sorry for the wait" which did not take too long. Love coming back to this location if Im in the area.

Ive seen reviews saying that it takes a long time for the food. But Ive eaten here quite a bit, and never had a single issue. The food has always been extremely tasty, servers are nice as well. I have even stayed there for a little bit to work on homework using their free wifi. Its always been great.

Great Service! My friend and I have never been to this location before in the area of Frederick, the young lady accommodated us and made sure that everything in the order was fine. This is genuine customer service, a great kudos to the team at the Westview Promenade.

Always a go to when were traveling and want something consistently delicious. Their Ingredients are always so fresh. Portions are great and the variety is broad enough that youre always in the mood for something on the menu. Staff was very polite and professional.

Went there on a Sunday night wth my son. The dining area was clean and fresh. The noodles were ok, no "wow" factor. My 8 yr old loves their grilled chicken. Every staff we came aross was pleasant and courteous. Overall, it was a good dining experience for us.

Service is outstanding here! The gentleman at the front end taking orders and running food is so charismatic and really makes this place vibrant. I love dining here because the fare is just as fabulous. Keep it up!

Good chain restaurant, the pasta dishes are well sized and flavorful. If you are looking for a fast meal, but better than normal fast food fare this is a good option.
