I moved away from Richmond ten years ago and one of the few things I miss is Mr. Submarine. This place is off the chain when it comes to gyros and subs. They are not skimpy on the portions either... unlike Subway where they feed you rabbit food. Every Christmas and summer I look forward to grabbing a few subs from here. Been eating at Mr. Submarine for 35 years and the food is still outstanding!

So... I think the exterior of the building needs some love but, some of the best food places in any city are absolute hole in the wall spots. This place is exception. Straight up awesome subs 10/10 definitely recommend!
