Usually I like this place but tonight I went there and the guy making the subs spit something into his hand then wiped it on his apron and proceeded to put his gloves on. I was disgusted. I asked him to wash his hands he gave me an evil look and got an attitude with me and said he already did. I said well you just spit something into your hand he asked did u see me spit something into my hand and I said yea I did. The other guy working there said dont get an attitude just wash your hands. He went over ran water on his hands NO SOAP and came back over. I just left. Im not going to spend my money somewhere where employees are NASTY, UNHYGIENIC, and RUDE. Most of the employees there are nice but this guy was a joke. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could personally put him on blast

I pulled into the hotel next door after a terrible 4 hour drive in holiday traffic. I was starving and cranky. Got to their door only to see that they had decided to close half an hour before their listed hours. Seriously?!? Google said they closed at 2am, their door said they were open 24/7. Owner was a jerk about it too. No excuse for this!

I ordered a combo and have some soup forgot my chips went back and was told he did not put me down for a combo and chip thats do not come with combo... then I went back and let him know I was recording him and the story changed but I still never received my check... Personally one star is one to many....went there tonight and door shows to be open 24/7 but drive thru says open till 2am was there at 1:40am with 3 employees inside and doors locked and nobody answered in drive thru....I will be going off on someone

Waited 10 minutes no service, employees walk around like you dont exist. Finally old guy shows up after smoking a cigarette outside and doesnt bother washing hands then asks me what sub do i want.... Ha! Walked out

Ordered a 6 inch turkey sub, employees were rude and acted like I was a big bother. Sandwich was OK nothing special, the lettuce was frozen. I wont be back in the owner needs to do something about this place.

They over charge compared to other subways. Bread is NEVER fresh. I work at philip morris and drive to willis rd subway to avoid this place. Bad service. And very chinchy with the meats and veggies.
