THE WORSE SERVICE EVER ON DELIVERY! It took over an hour and a half and we live TWO LIGHTS AWAY FROM THEM AND WAS QUOTED 45-50 mins! SHE WROTE DOWN THE OLD ADDRESS WHEN I SPENT 10MINS EXPLAINING AND SPELLING OUT THE NEW ADDRESS!!! Needless to say, she then makes it after 1 hour and 40 mins and just shoves the receipt in my fiances face, didnt say anything when we opened the door! She just shoved it all to his hands, no apologies when it was CLEARLY her d*mb a** (excuse the cursing but Im so mad) fault for writing down the WRONG ADDRESS! And when I called the restaraunt to see where the food was before it got here, she asked if we still wanted the food?!? YESSS I WANT YOU TO OFFER SOMETHING OR APOLOGIZE WHEN WE Are spending 25-30$ on food from yall! THE THING IS WE HAVE EATEN AND ORDERED FROM THEM SO MANY TIMES BEFORE. But never have I seen such RUDENESS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She would have STILL gotten a tip if she didnt have such an attitude when she got here! DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM!!!!!

We waited on a table for 10 minutes which wasnt bad for a Saturday night crowd. After waiting 20 minutes we had to manually flag down a waitress. We placed our entire order at once in the hopes of eating the same evening we arrived. We ordered Tom kha soup and pad sea eaw. 12 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered hot and it was hot. They brought out the sugar, which they said they were low on and only had sugar and sweet-n-low. Soup came 17 minutes after we placed order and was not that hot. Main dish came out shortly was good but not hot. Also the dishes they brought us were ice cold. Which didnt help the food. While at our table several customers waiting on tables left bc they could not get seated. There were only 3 very unorganized waitresss. They didnt have time to clean the other tables. Very bad management. Im giving a 2 star bc the food had good taste.

The food was okay. we ate at a number of thai restaurants, when compared to them this is no good. we had a bad experience with an waitress who is very rude. we expect customer service which is given a priority in this country. We were two persons and we were offered a small table which we felt that it is too conjusted for us. we then asked for a change of two table and this rude waitress ( looks like asian/thai ) says all the tables are booked and those tables are for 4 persons, while we could see that many of the booths and tables are occupied by just 2 persons. we were there at around 7pm on friday June 20thand none of them are occupied by the time we finished our dinner. We were extremely disappointed by the way she spoke and the rude look she gave us. Gave three stars because the other white girl was kind enough and the food was okay..

We were sat by the hostess/bartender and she took our drink order. First impressions good so far. Then another girl came up started mumbling about just two then asked for our drink orders, when we said they were already taken she mumbled then walked away. Bartender/hostess girl served drinks and took our food orders. She was pleasant and helpful with suggestions. Appetizers came quickly, spring rolls were delicious. SO ordered the Tom Kha tasted spoiled and rotten.. kept our hopes up for entrees.. my seafood fried rice was sickly sweet and the "seafood" was inedible.. SOs vegetable curry was bland and only seasoned with an insane amount of black pepper. Was not enjoyable at all..mumbling waitress returned with wrong drink refills.. asked for check and left! tl;dr Service was lacking and food was awful!

Well, I dont agree with other reviews here. I am an avid eater of all sorts of Asian food (as I am a Korean) and I probably know better about what Thai food should taste like. Ive tried other places in Richmond (Tara Thai, Thai Diner, etc) and I can definitely say that this restaurants food is the best and reasonably priced. Their service is great also - its not like other Asian restaurants where the server either doesnt speak English or isnt so friendly. I probably go to this place twice a month since Jan 2014 and have never had any unpleasant experiences. I highly recommend this place. One of my favorite menus is Pad Thai at spice level 2 and you should definitely try that. The location is pretty nice and clean too (right next to Regal Cinema), and I think it is certainly a plus.

I feel sorry for their server. Ive never seen how rude customers can be like that (what i saw) to them. Those old ladies didnt pay for their foods and walked out. Because theyre wanted to use 2 groupon on 1 ticket for their table. And theyre claiming that other waitress TOLD then is was fine to use 2 Groupon on this visit (we found out later that she didnt say that is OK to use 2 Groupon) The waiter trying to explain and tell them that the rules and description was set for 1 Groupon at a time but theyve tried to separate the check in half and use each Groupon on each check (which is still under the same table same bill) this is a disaster for the workers. And they were literally throwing $5 dollars bill to the waiter

Ordered takeout and took advantage of free delivery. The food was warm and came to my surprise within 30 minutes on a Friday. Ordered curry puff which is like a samosa, pad wild elephant tofu, pad see raw chicken, and mango sticky rice. All were good and would order again. The chicken was a little dry so I would order tofu next time. Also if you need hot sauce be sure to specify it they did not provide anything which is a greener approach. I had my own, but I could see where this could upset some people. I think the owners should ask people if they want silverware and sauces. I did not like that they provided silverware I should have told them I have my own.

So hit this place cause Ive been craving Thai food. Finally made it back to RICHMOND VA after being in neworleans ( Thai sucks there ) and in Kansas city( Thai is good there ). First the staff, very friendly and fast, next the food. I always get Pad ke Mow and always Thai hot. Well over here its called Drunken noodles (1-5 for spice chart) food was out in less then 10 mins, fresh and presentation was amazing. The tatse was on point, hit the spot and left me feeling very well satisfied. Usually my ticket cost around 42$ for me an a friend. This time hit it less then 30$. Hell of a deal for this place. I highly recommend it.

I was treated for my birthday and I was very disappointed. We ordered calamari but it was tough and overcooked. The fresh spring rolls were chewy and filled with yellow iceberg lettuce. There were no noodles in them. My friend ordered a different because of a peanut allergy and the waitress copped an attitude with her. I ordered my entree with shrimp, but it came with chicken. I informed the waitress. In a few minutes, the waiter came out and asked if I was sure I had ordered the shrimp. I dont think they will see any of us again. Thats the worst service Ive ever had.
