Food is terrific here, and the meal starts with a French baguette with butter. If you come during breakfast or lunch, there will be rasberry jelly served with the baguette as well. Also complimentary sparkling water upon request. I am here for brunch today and these are our brunch menu photos. Enjoy! And please like if you like that I take pics of the menu to share! I love their happy hour, which is always packed but well worth the mini burgers they serve for $2 each! Tip* sign up for their text alert bc u get free appetizers every month for doing that( escargot, warm goat cheese, free dessert,etc.) 4/18/17 Back again for happy hour! 4-7pm $2 mini burgers and $5 escargot ( must try - great for dipping w the French bread!) also I finally got to use my free dessert from the text message offer they send - got my complimentary very berry bread pudding! Yay ;) service is ( stars this time around but the French bread that come at the beginning of the meal was stale today- maybe they had to many in there for lunch and didnt use them fast enough so they sat there all day...ouch my teeth! Still a nice place to relax n sip Moscow miles after work. Cheers! Plz see my other reviews and hit like! 8/1/17 Came back with my sister to try the trout dinner, warm Jae salad, salmon entree, and mussels Service is good today, a lot of pushing. On wine and alcohol. Bread is a little hard today. I dont know if I care for this carrot relish that comes with bread, its like pickles carrots but. It truly pickled more tossed in sugar and vinegar but it is bland. Mussels are small.

finally, someone is serving what i consider "real" french food. The one thing that i miss terribly about Paris is the steak and frites, ubiquitous throughout Paris. The problem is this. The beauty of steak and frites is the sauce and how it interacts with the other items on your plate. I ordered the steak bernaise, one of my favorites. The steak was nothing to write home about, but it is NOT about the steak. it would be a shame to smear bernaise on a top notch steak. The bernaise, in my opinion, was very good. However, the frites were totally WRONG which destroyed any harmony in my plate. You should be able to sop up the sauce with your fries at the end of the meal. That is the BEST part of this type of dish. but there is no sopping at the end... the frites are like potato chips(?)!! are you kidding?! OH, this is so wrong on so many levels, I cannot tell you. I was so disappointed about the frites, I ended up throwing most of them out. I was hoping that i had found one of my favorite dishes that i could enjoy on occasion since I rarely retreat to Paris anymore. Mon Ami Gabi, until you change your frites, I will be saving myself a lot of calories. This is not a hard fix. Go to Paris, see how it is done. and if you REALLY want them to be good, fry them in Lard!! Do not know if they do that anymore in Paris, but man, Frites fried in Lard...it is almost worth the heart attack! (all right, I went overboard at the end, forget the lard, fix the frites!!)

Eat here if you want FOOD POISONING! Two days ago, I ordered dinner to go. When I arrived, the restaurant appeared to be closing soon. I had originally ordered a Bone-In Rib Eye steak prepared medium well and a side of potatoes. When I got home the steak was prepared rare. I decided to cook the steak a little more in the oven but was overall disappointed. As if the preparation wasnt bad enough the mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese my fiancé ordered were cold and had no flavor. The mac and cheese was saturated with grease. That night after eating I began to feel sick. It turns out I had food poisoning. I originally equated the sickness with the steak. The next day my fiancé proceeded to eat the leftover mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and became sick within an hour. My fiancé has been up all night vomiting because of the poor service at this establishment. I assume they were getting ready to close soon and possibly half way prepared the food like. I am truly disappointed in this establishment. This was a place my fiancé and I loved at some point. Sadly, we will no longer support this establishment or the other franchises.

The atmosphere is casual elegance. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and attentive with flashes of verve and elan. The food is fresh, high quality, well prepared and beautifully plated. Some highlights The staff could transition from dealing with an old picky eater (me) to twin boys seamlessly. Requests were sometimes countered with suggestions, usually better. Everyone loved the shrimp cocktails, the french onion soup is top notch. The ladies liked the baked cheese and garlic bread. I never did figure out where the smoked salmon went. Since I was the only one in our party to eat french food before, I was concerned about the sauces. The ladies sauces were brought on the side when requested, the boys had the steak from the kiddie menu. (No sauce). It turned out the ladies loved their sauces and the boys kept filching my rib roast. The boys loved the chocolate souffle, who wouldnt? The ladies loved the banana crepes. The raspberry sorbet is devine. Even the boys loved it. In short, a truly great casual dining experience for the whole family or a couple.

This is the one place I think about when Im hungry absolute dead tired and hungry the food I think to eat The one kitchen that comes to mind is "Mon Ami Gabi" , tasty good quality cooking! Steak frites, was always my favorite first the best french fries Ive ever had which is most satisfying than anything!!! Aside from the fillet mignon on the salmon dish and great salads such as beets salad and other occasional things on the menu I love their hamburger I have advertise that I hamburger 1 million times! Aside from the food the people that work there are awesome as an example "Elias" whos been extremely kind and friendly every time I go in he is always kind smiling welcoming hospitable extremely well mannered professional I thank him for his good personality! Frankly hes the reason why I decided to write this review! Bottom line thank you Elias, and I thank the chef in the kitchen for being there as I wouldnt know what to eat in the town center!! Thank you Mon Ami Gabi, the chef, and Elias!

I live in Reston and had never been here so decided to come here for dinner last night with my girlfriend. We were greeted by our server and I told her we just need a minute to look over the menu. 15 minutes of eyeing our server go by she does not return to our table... after 20 or so minutes we decided we should just go somewhere else that would be quicker as we were quite hungry. We let the manager know on our way out, as he was by the host stand at the time. He insisted that we stay and have dinner on him and hed take care of us, so we did. The food came out great, and the manager did indeed take care of us and warmly invited us back. My girlfriend and I left appreciative of the efforts they took to turn our experience around, and they truly seem to care that their patrons are treated hospitably.
