Terrible. First off, the cashier, Karla, messed up my order and charged me for extra steak when I simply ordered a regular serving of steak. I went to the manager (Luis I think is his name) and he tried to play it off as simply an extra 30 cents. Terrible customer service. On top of that, the amount of meat they give give you is pathetic. You know its bad when you can count the pieces of meat at first glance. Also, the guy responsible for wrapping ripped all 3 of the burritos I ordered. Come on, you had ONE job. Avoiding this location in the future.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly and hardworking. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and when the weather is appropriate they can open their "garage door windows" for a nice breeze. You can ask for extra rice, beans, salsa, and lettuce. This allows you to customize your food. Note: that extra guacamole or meat does cost extra. My favorite dish is a burrito bowl, the full taste of a burrito without the extra carbs of the wrapper. It is enough for me to take home for a second meal.

This chipotle franchise is terrible. While purchasing a chicken burrito, I was given minimal portions of every item, especially compared to the customer before me. In addition, they skipped the fajitas vegetables, even though I asked for it, and the workers were rude (to put it mildly). I paid the same amount for my burrito as any other customer, however I was shortchanged and received terrible service. I will never be buying from this particular chipotle again.

I made an order over the web at 12:20 for pickup at 12:55. When I got there at 1:01 there were three people in the pickup line waiting. When I finally made it to the window at 1:40, thats when they started making my order! Needless to say Ill never go to this Chipotle again, especially since theres another within a mile. Cant afford 40 minutes just to pick up my lunch especially when I try to order in advance for the very reason of not losing time.

We were 90 seconds early and walked through the door to hear, "WERE NOT OPEN!" The lady working at the time (10:59 AM) told us to go outside until 11AM. Its outrageous that she would unlock the door and then yell at us for entering. On top of this the service was sub-par, the burrito wrapping looked like it was done by a toddler. I am disappointed in Chipotle and their continual downward spiral in the wrapping department.

The food is very good and its healthy and not like many restaurants they have very good workers and some times maybe the tortilla rips or something but nobody in the world is perfect right, and sometimes its the customers fault because they order to much food and it doesnt fit, but still its very good and I think you should go the Chipotle

No need for a cast iron stomach here, these people always cook the food right! So friendly, accurate - and when they get it wrong (theyre human, it happens, very infrequently tho) they work hard to make it up to you. Now that Im working in Tysons Corner, Im really going to miss "My Chipotle!"

The parking at any peak time is HORRIBLE. More than once I have given up and gone elsewhere. However, the staff are always friendly and check out times are very quick. I will say though, they have been skimping on meat portions (in comparison to last year and the other branches).

Very small portion. Even i added everything in my bowl it was half way empty at the end. They were cheap even on lettuce. I ended counting 7 pcs of chicken in my bowl. I like Chipotle but this location sucks. They were rushing me and distracted.

This Chipotle is awesome. The food quality is consistent. At about 11:15 AM or so during the week, Ive been able to walk straight up to the counter, order, pay, and leave in under 2 minutes on several occasions.

They give you very small portions and burritos are always slimly or ripped open on the outside so you can’t hold it. THEY CAN’T MAKE BURRITOS!!! But the chips and soda are the same as other chipotles. ;(
