I eat at Chipotle very very often as it is next to where I work and we always get the same items. Will I had just left work and was on my way home when I got a call from my family and they had asked me to pick up some Chipotle. It was late and the store waa about to close.They had just run out of Chicken, Any way I made my order as always I wanted all the toppings on the side this was a mistake as I was informed by the cashier who refused to tell me his name that I would be charged a dollar for each topping since I wanted them on the side. I was WAY OVERCHARGED for my order. So I asked the employee why he was charging me this and he said it was.more expensive this way. I then asked his name and was told that he could not tell me his name but I could speak to the Manager. I then asked again for his name and explained I did not want to speak to the Manager just to get his Name. Well he REFUSED to tell me his name. The Manager did come over after this person called out to him to come over. When he got there he started speaking Spanish? Anyway he did not introduce himself to me he just said how can I help you.. I said I would like to know the name of the cashier as I was overcharged and wanted to call the general manager tomorrow. He also did nothing nor would he give me he cashiers name. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Chipotle and I will never return to this location again.

Going by the reviews for this place is a bit misleading since I just read all of them and some of the people giving one star reviews seem like the kind of people that enjoy getting their ass kissed and when they dont, they come here to give a restaurant a 1-star review. Thats really hilarious. But regardless of that, Ive gone to this restaurant a few times and Ive always gotten exactly what I payed for and have been treated well enough to not feel the need to call a manager or leave bad reviews online. So, if you want good old Chipotle food, this place will do you just fine. So long as you dont expect their employees to treat you like royalty, cause guess what, you aint, youre bound to have a great time eating their food.

So there are two other Chipotles within 5 minutes driving from this location but this one is by far my favourite. The setup is such that it is easy to handle big crowds and the queues go down quickly. Chipotle is always my go-to fast food outlet, service at this particular location is always particularly friendly and quick. You can usually find a place to sit inside or out. Its never as overly crowded as the other local stores.

Nowadays, the meat portions they give you are like half a spoonful! it is outrageous that they can charge you 7 bucks for a burrito thats only three quaters filled. Theyve even started skimping out on the rice too. This place used to be great, but ever since the new staff and managers have come in, its really gone downhill. Id recommend the Kamp Washington location for anyone craving chipotle, atleast they fill up your burrito

Its one thing being fair/reasonable, its another thing being cheap. All the sudden they got some new staffs and start giving out like 1/3 of a spoon, or half a spoon. Ive never been to any chipotle places where my bowl is not filled up. What a joke! will complain to corporate office.

Room temperature meat. A regular problem at this location. This time nothing is hot - beans, veggies, rice all barely warm. They also tend to run out of things (no sour cream on my last visit) and dont keep utensils, etc properly stocked. Im a chipotle fan, but not this location.

Arguably the best location in the area in regards to food quality and preparation. The ingredients are always fresh, hot, and taste great! During the busier times, of course, the service can be a bit slow but thats to be expected. Keep it up, Fair Lakes Chipotle!

Ordered online for pickup. Waited 15 minutes longer than pickup time. Asked about order, they said they never got it. Showed them the email confirmation and thats when they started making it. Got home and the order was wrong...sigh...enough said.

Ive frequented this location several times at dinner time with no problem. The first time I go for lunch was very surprised there was no wait at all. Maybe everyone else has figured out not to eat here until last nights leftovers are gone.

I have 3 times within the last month and the food is mediocre . The lettuce seems like it came out of a bag. It has a different taste. Does not seem fresh. Wont be going back for awhile.
