Me and my husband are new to the area, from Arkansas and have heard nothing but good things about this restaurant. Ive been told by half a dozen people that this is the best food around and we absolutely do not like it and are very confused. The "steak" (think pot roast) and pork options are so baaaad (the beans are flavorless brown liquid). To be fair, maybe its just because were used to something different and better but weve tried it twice now and will never come back.

My parents love CKs and eat there about once a week. I have been there twice, and was not impressed either time. The service was slow both times, and our food wasnt hot the first time I was there. The second time, 3 out of 5 orders at our table were totally wrong and had to be remade. The food was good though. My review is based on my own experience, but my parents would easily rate it 5 star.

Friendly and enjoyable environment with great staff. Their Mexican food is unparalleled for this area and surrounding areas. Highly recommended for a speedy lunch during the work week or a relaxable dinner. During busy hours there can be a wait but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes for a table. After dinner I like to go over to the separate bar to enjoy a drink special. A+

Best Mexican food around. Great, friendly customer service. The patio is a great place to enjoy some tacos and margaritas. Perfect for a family dinner. Everything on the menu is delicious. Good prices. Good selection of beer as well. Often have a variety of IPAs. I frequent CKS all the time.

Just always a grand experience. The food is always delicious and hot, and the drinks are always cold and tasty. I highly recommend the banana daiquiri! The staff is very friendly and they will always recognize you upon your second visit. Feel like you are visiting great friends every time!

Such quality food. Go for 4:00 pm or you will be waiting for a seat. Attentive wait staff. Sharp manager. I have chrons disease and the food causes me no pain, thats how I know they use quality products. Oh and the bartenders are excellent also! Perfect Bombay sapphire GIn and tonic.

Great place for awesome Mexican food. Great variety and flavor. They started as a small shack and now have a full restaurant and outdoor patio. Tucked away, but always hopping. If your in the Back Mountain, you have to stop by. And they have a $1.50 taco Tuesday!

The food is decent, and so are the prices, but the high school kids working there are miserable. Beware, the service is mediocre, but you put up with it for the food and drink specials. If you set your expectations low, you wont be disappointed!!

I had the chicken fajitas,my wife had the chimichunga. Both were the best we ever had. We also had seven layer taco for an an appetizer also very good. The service was fast and perfect The bathroom was clean. I cant wait to return!!!

Some places I go to eat, I think I can make it better at home. I cannot make better Mexican food than this place. Nilo was my server, everything was great. I only get up here once in awhile, I make it a point to stop when I can.

Clams were delicious and the butter has garlic seasoning. Yummy! Beef nachos and wings were good as well. Great idea to offer wings per 8 in an order. Fast service and quick food delivery. Nice place and will go again!

Wow, the absolute worst food Ive eaten in the back mountain. Nothing about it tasted authentic. Wife and I left our plates, paid our bill and went home to cook for ourselves. Never forget lol
